Really pleased how i was greeted, very pleasant team, as it was half term my girls came long with me to Tony and guy but did not know if they were allowed to wait with me, but Jim resured me it was ok, Jim and Caspar did an amazing job, Jim was so professional he listen to me and he knew exactly what I wanted done the colours that he created on my hair I loved it, thank you Jim , I would definitely come again, Caspar created a style I loved he came across very professional and cut my hair just the way I wanted, I left that store very happy

Unfortunately I was really unhappy with the service received. I felt despite bringing in lots of pictures and asking for a darker colour to the one I had I ended up with what I asked not to have which was a really light washed out colour that had no shine and washed me out. I felt as if I had been completely ignored and he had just done what he wanted and not really listened to my request. I then felt that when I wasn't happy it ended up being me who was apologising and did not receive a so glad apology from *****, i had the impression he was not happy with me and didn't want to be bothered. However, i honestly have nothing but praise and gratitude for the manager who helped me for hours to sort the colour out to something more similar to what I had asked for. She showed true customer service and was an absolute breath of fresh air. She made what was a really stressful horrible day for me in to a better one and I am very thankful for that. I still felt abit upset I had to pay the full amount despite being unhappy with the original result and will probably have to pay again for a colour to go darker after the first colour sent me too light. I appreciate the time spent by the manager to correct the colour so I feel like myself again.

Very good as always, just a little disappointed with timings, my appointment was 14.30 he got my hair ready but then looked after other clients until 15.10 then started colouring my hair. I could have started my appointment at 15.00hours. Never happened before normally pretty good for timings thanks

I can’t tell you how lovely Kirsty is. Firstly she made some wonderful suggestions regarding what to do with my hair and she explained what she meant by showing me different strands of hair colours. Kat cut my hair and did a totally fantastic job! With outlying a few specifics that I wanted Kat created an awesome hair cut that worked with the natural fall of my hair and also helped to accentuate my highlights. Not only that Kat gave me some simple tips on how to style my hair which allowed me to recreate my rockin look agin!

Everyone I've come into contact with at the salon is very friendly and helpful - 2nd visit to the salon, 2nd cut by Chaice - excellent stylist, would recommend her to anyone - will definitely now be a regular at this salon.
