Really lovely young lady . Did mine and my mother in laws nails . Was very kind and understanding as my mother in law is blind and has Alzheimer’s , most helpful and nothing too much trouble , most appreciated

After a bit of apprehension about having Shelac done for the first time, Charlie but my mind at rest. She helped choose the perfect colour which looks amazing and I can’t wait to go back again. Also, huge thanks to Laura who painted my four year old daughters nails. You made her day!!

Just had the most wonderful Shellac Manicure, They managed to squeeze me in last minute, to which I was most grateful! Lovely salon and Andrea was so friendly and professional. I'm so pleased with my nails, They are just perfect, done to a very high standard by using the best quality products and a after care treatment too to take off the shellac. Nicole done an amazing job with my LVL lashes. They were non existent after wearing false eyelashes for years and years. She was honest and told me that I might not get the fullest result first time. However I love them and can’t wait to have them done again!!!

This was my first time in the salon, the first salon I’ve been in since moving to Birmingham, such polite ladies and the best customer service possible. They make you feel so comfortable and are really welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah my brows are lovely thank you. Looking forward to coming back Monday for further treatments. I regularly have a wax appointment every 4 weeks and I am never dissaponted with the results. Emma is always gentle and makes you feel comfortable but at the same time thourough and efficient.
