Have been a client at The Essentials for a number of years but this was my first visit to the new Castle Bromwich salon. Very pleased with my lovely Shellac nails and eyebrow shape by Sarah. The new salon is so bright and welcoming. A lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect shellac manicure done by Sarah, went in salon not feeling myself, came out feeling much better, thank you girls x

Lovely salon and all the staff are friendly. The other day I had shellac on my hands by Andrea, very pleased! Shellac normally lasts up to 3 weeks for me without chipping so it’s a total lifesaver

Excellent service today, it was my first time at this salon. I arrived earlier than my appointment and Laura started my nails almost straight away. Very pleased with the end result, love the length and colour. Very high standard!! My eye brow tint and Shape are great too. Will definitely be coming back again.

Treated myself to this as a xmas present and cashed it in Monday. Nicole has the warmest hands which was perfect. The lemon oil she used on me smelt divine. The knots in my shoulders were released. Felt like a weight had been lifted from me. Looking forward to booking more.

Had a spray tan and nails with Laura ready for a wedding this wedding. As always, Laura worked her magic on my nails and they looked amazing. Was a little worried if I'd look silly having a spray tan this time of year but just wanted a bit of colour. Laura chose the exact right colour I was after and looked perfect on the day! Thank you Laura! X

I had Sarah do my treatment very relaxing facial,wasn’t sure if my sensitive skin would take a facial tried discovery facial with back neck shoulder massage.Very nice lady booked again,friendly salon.

After just one caci eye revive treatment the area around my eyes looks rested & refreshed. It was a very relaxing treatment & I was well looked after by Amy

My daughter had her eyebrows waxed for the 1st time. Lovely young lady who did them was great made us feel at ease. Took the time to show my daughter that it was not going to hurt by doing an example on the back of her hand.

Friendly service. Makes you feel at home. Very professional and exceeds your expectations. Love my nails. Also knows exactly how dark I want my eyebrows tinted. Recommend this salon to everyone.
