Thank you so much for this constructive review. We have a brand new team on reception with everyone on there being with us under a year and i want them to know how important it is how we feel as hair loss sufferers walking into a clinic and how embarrased we can feel, People can get distracted as we know but i love the fact you have brought it to my attention.

We have been getting amazing feedback for the reception team especially with them being so new but i want to keep them at the top of their game and reviews like this will help me do that.
