About us

Located in The Mailbox, Birmingham’s premier luxury shopping centre, the Nicky Clarke Hairdressers Birmingham Salon opened in March 2004 and quickly established its status as the city’s leading hair salon.

The salon team continues to go from strength to strength and regularly heads up Birmingham’s most high profile fashion shows, including Harvey Nichols’ seasonal fashion shows and the hugely popular Style Birmingham. Our hairdressers are proud to provide Birmingham with outstanding, beautiful hair treatments and services in styling and colouring.

Arrived with an extremely high anticipation of my new hair style/cut and left looking fabulous but extremely disappointed. Wanted something sexy and suitable for my face but ended up with less than 1cms off my hair and the same style. Wanted something easy to managed and ended up with the same flat hair after the first wash. An extremely expensive blow dry. Looking fabulous for a day but not impressed. The only time I left your shop satisfied was when I had Michelle for my two visits because she did change my appearance and I was expecting the same.

he listens to what you want and offers good
advice. I have curly hair which he totally understands. First time of colouring also done with good advice and expertise.

I have seen Michelle for a good few years now after a very disastrous haircut elsewhere. Michelle has always listened to how I want my hair and always gives great advice on what would look good.
