Had a lovely experience with Harriet this morning! She listened carefully to my issues with my hair, listened to want kind of cut I wanted and suggested tweaks to suit my hair type. She was also kind enough to give me some additional styling tips for an upcoming wedding. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing!

Very efficient service

Had my hair cut with Izzy today and from start to finish it was a really lovely appointment, she was so attentive and asked me loads of questions about what I wanted, what my hair was like, how I styled it at home, what products I use etc she was asking me how the length was throughout the appointment and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing , she was absolutely lovely throughout and I walked out feeling a million times better than when I walked in! She's an absolute credit to the company and I will definitely book with her again

I cannot thank the team enough for accommodating me last minute after being let down by another stylist. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. They worked miracles on my hair, helping me achieve a beautiful half head of foils and giving me honest, professional advice on how to fix my grown-out box dye properly.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my new look and the whole experience from start to finish. The customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. I’m so thankful to have found this salon and can confidently say I’ve now found my new go-to salon. Highly recommend!

Perfect friendly and personal service. I would recommend this salon every time but especially for Asian hair, as Gemma knows exactly how to get the perfect colour you want without hair turning orange or damaging your hair, I got the blonde I wanted and end result was also perfect

Holly always does a lovely job, takes time and care putting my colour on and really does the best smoothest blowdry that any hairdresser has ever done on my hair. I would fully recommend booking in with Holly.
