What an amazing experience I had, excellent customer service, and felt welcomed and put at ease as soon as I walked through the door!
I discussed my hair issues with Louise, and she fully explained the process at all stages, advising me how to look after my hair in between salon visits.
My first time at Zanders will definitely not be my last! I thoroughly recommend this salon.

From being brought into the Salon by Courtney, the whole experience was very enjoyable.
Enjoyed the head massage very much.

Absolutely love my hair, I didn’t really know what I wanted and Sam explained what he thought would look good. When he had finished his magic I was so pleased with the result. What was more amazing was that I had a photo on my phone which I really liked but wasn’t sure my hair could be cut like it. Was scary how similar it was to the cut Sam did. My experience at Zanders was fabulous from start to finish. Louise has expert knowledge and understood what I wanted and advised me whether it would work with my hair type. The haircut is exactly as I described. I am delighted with the result and will definitely be back.

I must have been going to see Allan for about 7 years now if not longer and he never disappoints! What I love about the service I receive is how personalised the approach is and how much time Allan and the team take to understand the look/effect you are looking to achieve. They use quality products is great too. 10/10.

I have had Allan as my primary hairdresser for many years (since 2016) and would not consider using any other stylist. The salon is always very professional and a very relaxing and calming experience. Any interaction I have had with staff has been great especially Courtney and Louise they are lovely to talk to. Allan is always very considerate of my suggestions and always does exact what I ask which I find rare for a stylist in my experience. I would like to take this time to thank them and recommend anyone considering Zanders to make a booking
