Louise and Allan did my hair. aAllan coloured and Louise cut. I can never fault my times at Zanders. It’s like betting with friends for a coffee and a catch up but coming out looking and feeling better than when you went in. Louise had done my hair for over 25 years and Allan has been a major part of her journey. Can’t recommend them enough, they listen to what you want, advise you correctly (even if it’s not what you want to hear) and give you the best salon experience possible. I would, and have, followed Louise everywhere!

Every time I come for my hair done by Allan, i always leave looking like a movie star. He takes time in his colour, cut and blow dry’s and is always professional yet chatty and funny.

I have been a client of Allan for many years. As always I left Zanders yesterday feeling great with a new cut and colour.

I recently moved over to Allan when my long term hairdresser left the salon. I knew he was good as he regularly cuts both my husbands hair ( he who previously, would make do with any old barber until I persuaded him to book in with Allan) and my daughters hair (she travels up from London for her haircut). Allan really listens to what you want, discusses realistically what can be achieved and then is very focussed on doing a great haircut and making sure you are happy with the end result. He’s more than happy to chat but equally comfortable if you just want to relax quietly while he cuts your hair. I strongly recommend both Allan and the Salon.

Due to various circumstances it has been too long between haircuts. Coming out today with an amazing colour and cut has been a big boost. A safe, friendly environment where all the staff contributed to this experience from the welcome, cut, colour, coffee and straightening. A full team effort, thank you all!

I’ve been going to Zanders since it opened - why? Because Louise is great - she really knows about hair but never pushed new products or styles just does what I want really well and gives great advice if I ask for it.

Louise had been my hairdresser for 25 years now.
She is the perfect mix of listening to what you want but also having such a good understanding of hair and face shape that she adapts it to be the perfect, personalised haircut.
My hair has been long, bobbed, short and shaved - and every time I have loved it.
Louise is such a skilled stylist that today - on my way for a cut, seven weeks after my last one - someone asked if I’d just had it cut.
Today was as great as ever. Friendly, attentive staff, a much-needed head massage and a wonderful new style - all in a covid safe environment.
I really can’t recommend Zanders highly enough.

Louise has been my hairdresser for over 10 years ♥️ I love visiting the salon, there is always a nice atmosphere and I leave feeling fabulous every time!

After getting my timings wrong and not allowing enough time for my full cut and colour, Sam did his absolute best to get me finished on time and STILL looking and feeling fabulous. My colours are amazing, I love them so much and my cut is exactly as we discussed beforehand. Don’t worry, I won’t make the same mistake again! I got a great result in super quick time but poor Sam!!! So sorry my dear! ?

Great service and lovely cut

Hair’s looking great, Sam was really helpful in explaining different ways to get my hair cut (I’m useless) and super informative on how to look after it myself. Felt very safe and comfortable in the shop with COVID rules etc. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming to this salon for many years and it always exceeds my expectations. Staff are all really friendly and my hairdresser always gives me what I want but also what she knows will suit me and my hair type.

Wouldn’t let anyone else cut my hair apart from Alan. Cracking lad, great chat and a wiz with a pair of scissors.

I’ve been going to Zanders since 2015, and have never looked back since. Several staff have cut my hair over the years, all of whom are absolutely fantastic at their work.

Even after moving across the country, I still make the trip just to visit the salon. I don’t trust anywhere else to have the same level of quality, skill, and family-like service. Can’t recommend enough, thank you Zanders!
