As a therapist I know the value and importance of silence. So lovely to sit and soak up the peace and pampering of a trusted pair of hands without having to make small talk. When I wanted to chat we did. When I didn't, we didn't. Like an old married couple. Oh yes, and of course the cut and colour are divine - even the teenagers approved!

Alan is the best hairdresser / stylist I've ever seen. He follows my ideas very well guiding and advising whenever I inadvertently request something silly or not practical.

We’ve had a discussion over the months about lightening my hair. The grey is sweeping through the top & sides and Cheila has spent time painstakingly weaving honey blonde streaks. The net effect is to camouflage dark roots breaking through natural growth. I’m delighted with the result.

Allan is amazing at everything he does with hair. He always gives me a gorgeous cut and colour and today he did not disappoint. I wanted a fringe cutting it (first time ever) and he worked with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I love it. I also had a lovely head massage when getting my hair washed and my blow dry was great too. All of the staff were really friendly and provide a fantastic service.

I have been coming to Zanders for over 18 years now which I think speaks for itself. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome, during every consultation Louise is always attentive and the creative cogs are turning as to how from the smallest tweak to a colour overhaul you are going to walk out feeling like your best self.

From the smallest detail of how the warm towel that is placed around your neck in the hair wash area makes you feel to the final check in the mirror.
All of the staff are friendly, attentive and make you feel completely relaxed. An all round enjoyable experience.
