About us

TONI&GUY Newcastle-upon-Tyne opened in the city centre in 1995, recently relocating to Haymarket. We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service.

Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, L’Oreal and Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

STRENGTH IN STYLE
Strength in Style is now available in this salon, offering people affected by cancer specialist support and advice on hair care. This service includes styling pre, during and post treatment hair, and wig personalisation with the option to purchase synthetic and human hair wigs. After not getting my hair done properly I came here for damage control. Amy did the wand curls BEAUTIFULLY, and even walked me all the way to the taxi rank, helping to carry my bags. I would return and highly recommend. You WILL get what you pay for.

Since I started going to Toni and Guy the condition of my hair is absolutely fantastic. It’s gone from being what I described as a head of straw last year, to being a beautifully soft texture and a super blonde which works with my skin colour. Expertly applied colour by Liam . Complemented beautifully by Tanya who has worked with my hair to give me a beautiful cut which I can manage in between salon visits and still look good. Would also recommend Toni and Guy in salon hair treatments.

Just love the way Tanya works!
Every time I leave the Salon I feel like a Superstar.
She listen always when I have a special request to cut my hair in a certain way and she makes it happen. Never disappoints.
She is the kindest - for me going for a hair cut is like meeting with my friend for a coffee and she brings the best out of you.

When I go home my fiancé all the time drop the jaw - thats what I call the best Hairdresser

TONI&GUY Newcastle-upon-Tyne opened in the city centre in 1995, recently relocating to Haymarket. We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service.

Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.
