Highly recommend Tony & Guy on Ridley Place in Newcastle. I always come out feeling great and have utmost confidence in Stella who always does an amazing job with my hair. All the staff are friendly and professionall, great experience all round.

I had my usual 6-8 week cut with Hannah which as always was fab. I had a fringe cut in after trying to 'grow' it out but preferred a fringe. Hannah did an excellent job. Hannah is a very customer focussed employee and I feel confident and relaxed in her hands. A* service.

First time I've been to Toni & Guy Ridley Place Newcastle and I will definitely be going back. Didn't need a full cut as my style is very short but growing from faux hawk ish to pixie and needed a tidy up before a wedding. I was only charged half price as it wasn't a full cut so was very impressed that they didn't just take my money for a 20 minute cut. Staff all friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Oh and love my hair. Xxx

Visited the salon for a cut & blow dry:
Arriving early, I received a very warm welcome from the salon supervisor and was immediately seated with a tasty latte coffee & a selection of magazines to read.
The senior stylist who did my hair was lovely! She was very proficient, but friendly too. She listened to what I asked of her and did an amazing job of cutting & styling my hair. This was the first time I'd visited Toni & Guy Newcastle. I highly recommend this salon & give praise where it's due for the warm and professional service received.

I showed Katie a selection of photographs for my haircut. She then cut my hair to match the messy Bob images. She did an excellent job and listened well. I was very happy with the end result and the service I received.

Haircut by Stella today. Usually get the same style haircut but asked for something slightly different today. This was not a problem. Spent some time waiting to pay afterwards but this was because of the thorough service they provide from beginning to end for all customers.

I have been a customer of Tony and Guy since the opening of the first salon in Newcastle and obviously have had many hairdressers since. However I have to state that Stella is way above any others. She is an asset to the salon and I would be devastated if she ever left!

Really nice cut, eager to ensure all my wants were catered to regarding the style, shape and texture of hair I desired. In the end the hair looked 100% better and ended up with a lovely slick cut and nice shape. Gentle and well mannered also.

I had a great time at Toni & Guy Newcastle today, and the results exceeded my expectations.

I wanted a new style after having the same one for a long time, and the stylist (Katie) was very encouraging and reassuring. I came out of the salon more confident than when I walked in, and I definitely intend to return.

It was my first experience at toni&guy and I absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing and made sure I was comfortable and always offered refreshments. I had booked with a stylist called Hannah and my hair was in terrible shape. I explained what I wanted and she took in everything I said and delivered perfectly. Hannah even advised me on slightly different techniques I had asked for to work better with my hair type and she was completely right and clearly knew what she was talking about. She was happy and cheerful and very easy to talk to. Taking an interest in the conversations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be returning as my hair feels amazing and better than any haircut I've ever received. Thank you Hannah and all the staff!

I visited the salon on Friday, my mum was paying for my hair as a birthday present. I asked for balayage highlights and showed a picture of what I wanted. I was very disappointed with the result, as my hair hardly looked any different and I had payed over £100. I visited the salon again the following morning and explained that I was not happy, they immediately offered to correct my hair and the service was fabulous. I am now over the moon with my hair and it is exactly what I wanted. I cannot fault the service and am glad I went back and gave it another chance.

The hairdresser I usually visit at Tony ang Guy was not available, so I booked an appointment with another T&G hairdresser instead. What always impresses me about T&G is their standardised service. I was more than happy with my haircut and with the friendly and professional service I received. You are in safe hands at T&G in general, and you are spoilt for choice in terms of staff in the Newcastle store. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you give them a try.

Stella cut and blow dried my hair. She sorted out a problem I had with the length on one side. She was really nice and I left the salon very pleased with my hair.

This was my second visit to the salon and definitely won't be my last! Had my appointment with Katie both times who is lovely and cut my hair exactly the way I asked her to. She really listened to the way I wanted it styled and offered her own expertise when I was trying to explain how I'd like it cut. The whole experience both times has been exceptional from the moment you walk through the doors right up to leaving- excellent experience!

The selection of products is also fantastic, the label m brand used in store is amazing, Katie was very thorough in telling me exactly what she was using and showing me how to use them; so far I've left after each visit with making a purchase!

Would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone!

Dan completed my hair transformation today, I had a cut and colour as I had bleached my hair and it had turned orange!
He has done a brilliant job, I'm just gutted he's leaving! X

I went into the salon to ask for consultation on my hair.People at front desk were so friendly and within 5 minutes I met Tanya. She offered such good advice on how to improve my hair that I made an appointment for the next day. The whole team were so friendly, efficient and relaxed and the atmosphere was good. Tanya really re shaped my previous bad haircut! Gave it definition, style and showed me how to create best effect with blow drying and hot brush. I rate the whole experience with 5 stars and am so pleased to have chosen this salon. I will definitely return for cut and colour next month and have confidence with Tanya. Massive thanks!

Took both my children in for a hair cut (son 8 daughter 5) and couldn't ask to be treated any better, made us all feel very welcome and the service was amazing, cut my sons long hair to shoulder length and messy layers! And my daughters trim! Refreshments were given to us all and everyone was well mannered and extremely friendly.... Wouldn't go anywhere else.... Thanks nick

I was a bit sceptical to get my hair cut from a female hairdresser, having sole experience with male hairdressers in the past I did not think a female could match that but I was positively surprised about the result. I was leaving with great looking hair today and booked another appointment straight away. Thanks T&G and especially thanks to Meghan.

I am a regular customer at Newcastle and i am never disappointed. I have had cuts and colours from most of the staff at the salon, and always feel 'brand new' when leaving which for me personally is most important!
The salon appears very well managed and the team are always friendly and accommodating - a big plus. Thanks guys

Always a great experience going to the salon. All the staff are very professional and friendly, making you feel welcome and comfortable the moment you walk in the door. Dan is a great colourist and stylist who is very confident and has a great deal of experience. He has the ability to make you feel at ease and can suggest styles etc which will be flattering and easy to maintain.
