My daughter has really thick, dry wavy hair. Alison took loads of time to comb it all out gently then give her a lovely cut to lighten her hair and allow her curls to come back. She had a lovely blow dry with a great finish.

I would highly recommend Regis Salon - Gateshead. I’ve been coming here for a number of years now and am always happy with the service I receive. Kirstie is an amazing stylist and colour therapist - I completely trust her advice and always leave the salon happy with the result.

Kirstie has cut and coloured my hair for five years and I’ve been more than happy with every visit. Today I changed my hair colour (not for the first time!) and, as always, she talks through everything and gives good advice. The salon itself is very friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Nicola is a talented stylist that spends time finding out what I want from my hair. Always delighted with the result x

Donna is always welcoming and pleasant. She always asks what you would like doing I.e length to be cut off etc, she never tells you what you should have. All staff on reception friendly

Well I must say it's been YEARS since I've seen my hair look so good! Have been frequenting another top salon for years, just wasn't feeling the 'stepped out of a salon' look anymore, hence decided to give Regis a go. I think you've got me hooked now! Fantastic customer service & a very friendly welcoming team. Will definitely be returning. Many thanks Joanna for transforming my 'straw look' to a luscious sleeky locks look :D

As usual great haircut and excellent service- pleasant and professional- and great to get a cuppa again?

It’s had been a while since I had visited a salon and had made do with having my mum trim my hair every once in a while so I was quite nervous to attend my appointment. However as soon as I arrived all my nerves were banished as the staff were lovely, friendly and put me at ease with their kindness and precautions.

Alison was fantastic and really helped me to make the best decision to restore my hair to its best health. She completely restyle it into something I could easily manage and style myself at home and add a bit of excitement to, as opposed to having to admit defeat and shove it up into a bun out of the way! She also recommended some great products to me and told me what to look out for to keep my hair fresh and healthy! I felt really looked after whilst I was visiting the salon and I am excited to book my next appointment with her.

This was my first visit to Regis after a bad customer service experience at some other salon and I really enjoyed my visit. Evelyn made me feel comfortable from the start and made me feel like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer.
