regarding the value rating - you're going to pay a higher rate possibly because of the salons location and hence rates for a premium location so it is more expensive than other salons I have visited - but as long as I come out with exactly what I hoped to come out with then I am not going to complain - this is a chain of hairdressers and the staff don't set the prices - it's those up the chain !

Second visit after Rachel put my hair right after bad salon experience!! So pleased with the colour and cut and hair is in such better condition!! I very happy and would highly recommend !! Appointment on time and very efficient and personable x

All the staff were amazing. Got the hairstyle i wanted and how to care for it. I am disabled and they took very good care of me. Would definitely recommend this salon.

First time visit. Alison was enthusiastic to get everything right. She took her time to see what cut and style I wanted.
The end result was excellent, I will now be a regular customer of hers.

My first visit to the salon and was very happy with my cut and blow dry and colour from Donna. We had a discussion about my colour and Donna explained how she would achieve the natural look I wanted. The colour and cut was exactly what I wanted and looked lovely. It is the first time in a few years my hair has looked this good.
I was made to feel very welcome, all staff were friendly and was offered tea/coffee in between services. I would definitely recommend.

It's always a pleasure, and a relaxing and enjoyable experience visiting Regis. Kirsty has been my go to hairdresser for years she knows EXACTLY how I like my hair and surpasses my expectations every time. She expertly and consitently tames my abundant and unruly mane. I particularly enjoy her amazing head massages and our catch ups and gossip. Kirsty is an absolute gem and an asset to Regis, I started seeing Kirsty at Regis Debenhams, and will follow her wherever she goes.

Always see Anne when I get my hair done. Always friendly, and knows how to cut and style my hair.

Jak did absolutely incredible, I came to Regis for the first time as I had a patchy build up of colour from a previous salon. Jak did my colour correction & lifted my hair to an even perfect finish. I’m so happy with my result & loved my salon experience.
