Sorella Hair Salon

I walked into Sorella with a mop of nest-hair and came out with a work of art! Cleo is amazingly talented and I trusted her totally. She is really professional, super friendly and gave me some really good advice for dealing with my hair!
The salon itself is really smart, all the staff are really kind and they make sure you’re comfortable and they even have a drinks menu! I highly recommend Cleo and Sorella!

I've been going to Olivia for my hair, and I honestly couldn't recommend her more highly. She consistently does an amazing job, and I always leave the salon feeling so much better than when I walked in.
Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also given me some fantastic hair care advice over the time I have frequented Sorella, that has genuinely made a difference. Her tips are practical, easy to follow, and they actually work!
The salon itself is always spotless, welcoming, and busy, which says a lot about the quality of the team. Olivia is professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done. Everyone at Sorella is so lovely. Olivia did just what a wanted today,she’s a pleasure to chat to and recommended some great products too which I’ve come home with.

Molly did an incredible job as usual, helping me to battle my greys and refresh my highlights , a lovely bouncy blow dry to finish too ! I particularly enjoyed the pink lemonade and snacks as an extra bonus !

Lucy at Sorrella Salon in Knaphill gave me a brilliant scissor cut and made the switch from my usual barber shop fade well worth it. The salon has a genuinely welcoming vibe, from the drink on arrival to a good buzz throughout. Highly recommend if you're used to a quick clippers fade and fancy trying a proper professional cut instead.

This is the 3rd time Ashleigh has coloured my hair & the result is fantastic. From entering the salon to leaving the experience is always an enjoyable one. My hair looks healthy & shiny & the bouncy blow dry looks lovely.
Every appointment is always a real treat so looking forward to my next one!

Had my usual perfect hair cut at Sorella today. As always the receptionists are welcoming, the atmosphere is friendly and professional, Ashley gives the most amazing scalp massage and Lucy listens to what I want, offers helpful suggestions and delivers the perfect cut. In the current heatwave the iced coffee was very welcome too!

Robyn is brilliant! Really listens and works hard to get your hair exactly hiw you want it!

I’ve had grey blending done here. It’s been a great experience, really well done and the follow up appointments have been easy.

This is the second .time i have had molly to do my hair .First just hair cut with a few layers
She also gave me advice on my colour and how it could be better so i booked to have full head of highlights and reshaped / cut short
And i showed her pictures and .i came out looking great colour perfect just what i wanted x got to get used to my hair short again after a long time leaving it long xx i will be back in 10 weeks already booked xx it was expendsive more then i have ever paid in my life for a hair do but it looks great .a

Was really impressed today , Ashleigh nailed my cut and it just the correct length. A blow dry done perfectly with volume n a blunt bob for a change..no curls.

Liv was incredibly patient while helping me find the perfect shade of purple. She and the salon owner even went the extra mile to order the exact colour I wanted, which I really appreciated.

Ashley gave me one of the most relaxing head massages I've ever had – absolutely unforgettable!

Finally, Sharn created the most beautiful blow dry. My hair looks bouncy, natural, and full of life.

I've been having my hair coloured for over 15 years, mostly using Aveda and other organic salons, and I can honestly say this is one of the best results I've ever had. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all for making it such a lovely experience – I'll definitely be back!

Today I had an appointment with Florence I was dreading it because I have left my hair to grow out for such a long time and felt embarrassed but Florence was kind and understanding and explained clearly the options or what would be best for my hair she took her time and was very attentive. Now my hair looks so much better and feels amazing! All the staff where so welcoming and nice I will definitely be going back again

I have been visiting Sorella over the last two months for my regular treatment and blow dry and Sharn is absolutely fantastic. She take time to listen to what you need including the products she uses.

Everyone at Sorella always makes you feel very welcome from the minute you walk in the door it feels like a real pampering experience. Beth is so friendly & takes time to ensure you are happy with the final result. Always been happy when I walk out the door.

Laura is a wonderful person and so accommodating. Even when I'm unsure Laura can show me images to help with colour and style. She finishes my hair with a beautiful wave and every visit feels like a treat and never too much trouble. Colour is excellent, honestly couldn't be happier!

I had a lovely time at Sorella this morning. I had a half head of highlights done by Kirsty and she did a fab job. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and I’m really pleased with my new hair! She also gave me lots of other hair tips and advice. The whole salon feels like a real treat - I had several drinks, some biscuits and where your hair is washed is like a spa. Kirsty herself is absolutely lovely and I had a great time chatting away to her. Would highly recommend!

Lucy is the best hairdresser I have ever had. Not only she is super talented and great at what she does, but also she is amazing at listening to me to really understand what I want. She never rushes me and allows sufficient time to ensure I always leave happy with the results. I’m would 1000% recommend her.

I can’t praise the salon highly enough. I’ve been getting my hair done by Beth for about 16 months and she is absolutely fantastic. Even when the day has been a bad one, I always leave Sorella feeling better!
