Molly once again sort out my hair so that I look like a better version of myself.

Although I was 20 min late for my hair appointment yesterday with Laura, she still welcomed me with a friendly smile and blow dried my hair beautifully. Thank you Laura for your patience and friendliness. I really appreciated it!

Absolutely brilliant butterfly cut and overall experience. I can't thank Sharn enough for her hard work and really taking the time to listen and show me how to style my hair.

Honestly what an experience! I had the lovely Luna, she was so knowledgeable and also a lovely lady!!! I felt so comfortable and she listened to what I wanted in terms of style. The salon is lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Luna answered all my questions and gave me tips I can use at home!

Had the best experience at Sorella! Louise is so lovely and did an amazing job! She also answered loads of my questions about hair care and gave me some tips to try. Love her! The girl that washed my hair was wonderful and I’m looking forward to the next time I get my hair done!

Molly and Mali were both amazing and I’m honestly so happy with how my hair turned out. They really listened to what I wanted, talked me through everything and made sure I was happy throughout.

The colour is gorgeous and Molly delivered exactly what I wanted and more in terms of colour and Mali gave me an amazing hair cut and style, I love how she did my bangs, the layers and how she styled my hair. My hair feels so fresh and healthy, and the whole experience was just lovely. I’ve had so many compliments already! 🥹

I have been coming to the salon for the last couple of years. The atmosphere is always friendly and a relaxing place. I wanted a change to with the colours I usually go for, Molly talked through various options and was happy to give me her much valued opinions and advice. I came out feeling like a million dollars.

I absolutely love the area where your hair is washed ... every detail has been thought out to make it a relaxed spa like experience! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else but here!

Beth was amazing she listened to what I wanted to achieve and new how to adapt the treatment to get those results. I have curly thin hair which I find a lot of places don't know how to style but Beth took the time and new how to get my curls back and look really healthy and fresh. Will definitely be coming back.

I will always follow Louise, wherever she shall works because she is, by FAR, the BEST stylist around! She knows exactly how to style my hair to make me feel like a total girl boss!

Another great experience at Sorella! Came in windswept, hair faded, ragged and standing on end! Had a complete hair make-over with Luna which included my hair being coloured, cut, re-styled and I also had a super head massage as well! Came out, feeling relaxed, peaceful and looking FAB! What more could a girl want!

From the moment I walked into the salon all be it being a bit anxious I was greeted with a warm welcome I was offered a drink and was treated really well I would really love to be considered for any future upcoming trainee appointments should any models be needed really pleased with my hair and wish Evie all the best for her future in hairdressing

Absolutely total professional knew what she was doing, extremely caring with great suggestions on what to do with my hair. Offered coffee in arrival and a wonderful head massage whilst having hair washed. Great conversationalist goid sense of humour and just a wonderful hairdresser she is an asset to the salon

I have been a client of Sorella since day one, and have been a client of Lucy's way before that. Always an absolute delight to visit. The whole team is extremely friendly and professional, it's a beautiful and clean salon, there are great snacks and drinks and Lucy always does an amazing job with my hair whilst being lovely to chat with.

Had a lovely appointment with Sharn today, went back to having a root colour after trying something different. Sharn is so helpful and really thorough in making sure she covers all those pesky grey hairs and not leaving colour on the skin. Finished off with some lovely curls.

I been going to Sorella just over a year and they always do fab job. I have South Asian hair so colour may not come out as it should but they have been happy for me to come in and get it toner done for free and they really care about their customer care. That’s why I always will go to them!

Decided to go for the chin length bob due to an important event tomorrow. Molly is an expert at cutting a blunt bob and took so much time ensuring it was perfectly sharp and blunt - it is absolutely perfect and fully converted to having a chin length blunt bob as my length going forward as got Molly's seal of approval too!

It has been awhile since I had a haircut- Lou was amazing. Listen to what I needed it and advise me what to do before my wedding in November - looking forward to my next appointment

From the start I felt extremely welcomed everyone was very friendly my stylist Kirsty was amazing very easy to talk to and I felt listen to when explaining what I would like done to my hair. I am so delighted with my hair cut, I can honestly say I dreaded going to the hairdressers as I felt I was never listened to and came out feeling unhappy, however I’m extremely happy with my haircut and I’m so happy that I have found Sorella.
The lady that washed my hair was extremely helpful and told me about my discount on my bill as my daughter recommended this salon. Also my daughter gets a discount of her next haircut. The whole experience was amazing thank you so much I will be telling my family and friends about my experience.

Lou provided one of the best haircuts/experiences I have had at Sorella in over 5 years!

All the hairdressers are great here and it feels like a treat to visit. It is on the pricier side but it is worth it currently for the service and my financial circumstances.

My first time here today with Ashleigh for a model hair cut who gave an excellent service.
Ashleigh really took her time with my treatments and cut given the condition my hair was in and what was needed to make it look in better condition and have to say how pleased I was with her overall service from start to finish, she was lovely, polite, and friendly and gave me all the advice I had asked her as well as making sure that I was comfortable with coffee and biscuits, and I was most impressed with the manager on how she was constantly watching and helping her students in such a positive manner enabling them to give such excellent service to their customers as well as building their confidence . I would 💯 recommend Sorella and will from now on be using them for all my hair treatments.

Parking nearby is an added bonus .

Felt very welcome, from the moment I arrived, I absolutely loved the hair wash and head massage, it was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep, I liked the way my hair was shown and explained how it was going to be cut after I was asked if I any idea what I wanted, Sharn was very professional and attentive, I love my hair, it is such a versatile style amazing.
