Had a great experience with Sorella, Laura and Robyn. Wonderful attention to detail and care in general. Lovely salon and will return.

Today I had an appointment with Florence I was dreading it because I have left my hair to grow out for such a long time and felt embarrassed but Florence was kind and understanding and explained clearly the options or what would be best for my hair she took her time and was very attentive. Now my hair looks so much better and feels amazing! All the staff where so welcoming and nice I will definitely be going back again

As always Lucy asked me what I wanted and delivered it flawlessly. Everyone in the salon is friendly and welcoming, it is a very relaxing place to be.

I have been visiting Sorella over the last two months for my regular treatment and blow dry and Sharn is absolutely fantastic. She take time to listen to what you need including the products she uses.

Everyone at Sorella always makes you feel very welcome from the minute you walk in the door it feels like a real pampering experience. Beth is so friendly & takes time to ensure you are happy with the final result. Always been happy when I walk out the door.

Laura is a wonderful person and so accommodating. Even when I'm unsure Laura can show me images to help with colour and style. She finishes my hair with a beautiful wave and every visit feels like a treat and never too much trouble. Colour is excellent, honestly couldn't be happier!

I had a lovely time at Sorella this morning. I had a half head of highlights done by Kirsty and she did a fab job. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and I’m really pleased with my new hair! She also gave me lots of other hair tips and advice. The whole salon feels like a real treat - I had several drinks, some biscuits and where your hair is washed is like a spa. Kirsty herself is absolutely lovely and I had a great time chatting away to her. Would highly recommend!

Lucy is the best hairdresser I have ever had. Not only she is super talented and great at what she does, but also she is amazing at listening to me to really understand what I want. She never rushes me and allows sufficient time to ensure I always leave happy with the results. I’m would 1000% recommend her.

I can’t praise the salon highly enough. I’ve been getting my hair done by Beth for about 16 months and she is absolutely fantastic. Even when the day has been a bad one, I always leave Sorella feeling better!

Excellent as usual. Made to feel so welcome. Olivia is an absolute star! Super talented. Highly recommended but i dont want to recommend her too much as i might not get an appointment lol. Olivia is a credit to the salon!!

This was my 3rd time using sorella
I'd been wanting to trial hair colour and then today had hair colour and blow dry as if it was the wedding day. I showed olivia how I would like it done with a picture, and she did it exactly the same, it looked very nice. I had pictures taken so I can show the hair dresser at the wedding how I want it. As its in Hertfordshire where the wedding is.

Thank you Sharn, very happy with my cut and style, you definitely listened and executed.
Always a pleasure to come into the Salon, from the moment you step inside and to the moment you leave.
