Absolutely love my highlights Wasn't sure what colour to go for but Rhianna suggested 3 colours & they look amazing. Had lots of lovely comments about them & looking forward to my next visit already.

It is my first time coming to your salon and I am very pleased my daughter invited me there as it's my birthday tomorrow and I have an interview as well tomorrow morning. Rhianna knew how to care of my hair, I will come back for a colour.

Hi, I was largely satisfied but a little peeved that I had to pay extra for the toner at the end (I wasn't aware of this or told this). Also my hair is quite a yellow blonde when ideally I wanted an ashy blonde (I think this is why she used a toner but it hasn't really gone ashy at all). Thanks, Claire

Really enjoy going to this salon, very welcoming, friendly environment. As someone who has long, thick hair I have had some bad experiances in previous salons with stylists complaining with the amount of time and work it takes to cut my hair however I have nothing but good things to say about Carter and Sheilds. Rhianna is always so lovely and ensures my hair is cut exactly how I wanted.

I love it here, wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area now. Really good cuts at reasonable prices and a lovely atmosphere.

Rhianna did a great job on my hair! She took the time to hear about my haircare routine and made some great suggestions on what she thinks it should be cut like. I have curly 2C hair so she suggested some light layering, and she even diffused my hair at the end. A great haircut, and the dog was a bonus!

Had a brilliant cut from Rihanna yesterday. In the past I have had bad experiences with hair dressers but having recently moved to the area was looking for a new place. Was recommended to carter and Shield through my work. Couldn’t be more pleased - I hadn’t had a hair cut in nearly 2 years so to be honest my hairs condition was in a bit of a state. Rihanna was super friendly and really knowledgeable about all the products. Recommended a lovely Keratase treatments and gave my hair the attention it needed. Have to say I walked out feeling “salon fresh” and couldn’t be more grateful :)

Great advice and has made my hair look lovely - I had previously had a disastrous haircut at a different salon. Jenny has cut it beautifully. The salon is at a great location and everyone is so friendly. So glad my daughter recommended it to me!
