Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Very professional service and Danielle did another great job. She takes such care in her work and always checks first to see how the previous cut/colour went and if I am happy with it.

I had a fantastic experience with Lewis. I had a consultation to start with as I was not totally sure on what I wanted and he was so helpful giving me brilliant advise and suggestions. As brilliant as ever

I have acute anxiety post Covid but I was made to feel safe and reassured the minute I entered the salon.

Not having had my hair done in two years and having fallen foul of the lock down home colouring attempt, my tresses were in an horrendous state. To make matters worse, the colour of my home dye effort had been red.
Danielle listened to my wishes and then explained what I could expect. Our chit chat throughout felt unforced and the whole process was super efficient. I came in hanging my head with embarrassment and left with my head high, feeling great! Thank you SO much Danielle! You always do an amazing job x

This was my 1st visit to Charlie Brown .. Danielle was amazing , very friendly and I felt at ease from the moment I walked in the door . I had a wonderful haircut and a relaxed chat and giggle at the same time . Well worth the money .. Thankyou everyone .

Was persuaded by hairdresser to have bleach as a tint wouldn’t lift my hair colour even though I explained I’ve always had a tint and that I don’t like bleach. As expected my bleached hair is not only too white and very dry now, I was also charged £106 for it. When I booked it over the phone I was told £75! Extra £31 to have my hair rough blow dried to check the colour!! Should be part of the service with colour. Disgraceful!
Nice lady but would never go back. I gotta find someone now to sort my hair out. Apparently I’d have to pay another £17 to have a toner put on it!
My hair looks worse than before I had it done. Devastated!

I cannot thank Sarah enough for making me feel normal again. After trying other salons in Reigate, I will be recommending CB to all my local friends. Sarah listens, cuts to perfection and is also very funny! The coffee and beautiful, clean surroundings help too!

I’ve been going to Charlie Browns for years and it’s always so friendly and relaxed. Sarah always does such a lovely job with my hair, the last haircut is always as good as the first!

Lewis is brilliant with both of my girls. They wanted all their hair cut short and they both loved the styles that Lewis did. He’s really friendly and gives great advice. They won’t go to anyone else!

I had such a lovely time at the Reigate salon yesterday. It felt so good to be back in the chair. The salon was spotless and all of the staff were wearing the appropriate PPE so I felt very safe in my little section and had a lovely salon experience, as always. Thank you Sarah x

I could not book a haircut anywhere and I work long hours. I found Charlie Brown who did evening appointments.
I was in great need of a haircut and I wanted a short bob. Emily was so friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t question it! She was very chatty and all the staff were so lovely and very accommodating. Overall an amazing experience!

Lewis discussed with me what colours would suit and we agreed the cut the same , showed different ways ,he put me at complete ease and the advise he gave was great ...and 1 of the main things ..he listened to me...very polite ,we talked about many subjects ...a really good experience for me as in my many years iv had so many disaasters with hairdressers that I dunt actually like going , so thank you very much Lewis and I will be returning
