I felt Danielle really understood me and my hair worries and gave me a great experience on my first visit to the salon. The whole team were very friendly! I am very pleased with my cut and advice. Have rebooked already.

I am absolutely delighted with the service received during my 9 year old daughters hair appointment today. Lewis was really attentive and friendly, talking us both through what he was doing and checking we were happy. My little girl was over the moon.

Lewis is the best! Gave me loads of advice on colour & cut and I ended up with a completely different to look I the one I thought I wanted. But really happy with the results and will be back.

Dropped in for an impromptu kids cut, fantastic service by lovely people despite being awkward and not having a booking. I missed the name of the person who cut my sons hair but she was lovely and my son has declared it as ‘the nicest hair cut’ he’s ever had!

I had a fantastic experience with Lewis. I had a consultation to start with as I was not totally sure on what I wanted and he was so helpful giving me brilliant advise and suggestions. Lewis was great through the hair cut made me feel at ease right away and made it a really fun experience. The final cut and colour I got is amazing I am so in love and I feel incredible. As brilliant as ever

I have acute anxiety post Covid but I was made to feel safe and reassured the minute I entered the salon.

Not having had my hair done in two years and having fallen foul of the lock down home colouring attempt, my tresses were in an horrendous state. To make matters worse, the colour of my home dye effort had been red.
Danielle listened to my wishes and then explained what I could expect. Our chit chat throughout felt unforced and the whole process was super efficient. I came in hanging my head with embarrassment and left with my head high, feeling great! Thank you SO much Danielle! You always do an amazing job x

This was my 1st visit to Charlie Brown .. Danielle was amazing , very friendly and I felt at ease from the moment I walked in the door . I had a wonderful haircut and a relaxed chat and giggle at the same time . Well worth the money .. Thankyou everyone .

Was persuaded by hairdresser to have bleach as a tint wouldn’t lift my hair colour even though I explained I’ve always had a tint and that I don’t like bleach. As expected my bleached hair is not only too white and very dry now, I was also charged £106 for it. When I booked it over the phone I was told £75! Extra £31 to have my hair rough blow dried to check the colour!! Should be part of the service with colour. Disgraceful!
Nice lady but would never go back. I gotta find someone now to sort my hair out. Apparently I’d have to pay another £17 to have a toner put on it!
My hair looks worse than before I had it done. Devastated!

I cannot thank Sarah enough for making me feel normal again. After trying other salons in Reigate, I will be recommending CB to all my local friends. Sarah listens, cuts to perfection and is also very funny! The coffee and beautiful, clean surroundings help too!

Sarah and Gemma have done my hair over the years too and they are also incredible. Great salon with talented and friendly staff. I always feel like I’m in safe hands and after trying other salons nowhere else compares.
