I went in because my new hair after chemotherapy had grown back and was getting really messy. Although still short Gemma was able to bring it into a structured pixie style cut, keeping a feminine look and made me feel so confident again. Really happy and already booked to go back x

Stuart used to cut my hair years ago when he was newly qualified and has been doing it again since returning to Charlie Brown. I'm always happy with the cut and enjoy chatting to him. All the staff at the salon are lovely and I've never had a bad experience in the many years I've been going there
Lewis always listens to your personalised needs and will advise you on what would suit you. He is understanding and wants the best for his clients. He likes to take an interest in his clients lives and makes the appointment relaxing and enjoyable especially as I tend to come straight from work.
This was a follow up from a previous good cut but shorter. Gemma understood what I wanted and love my shorter hair.

Grace provided an excellent corrective cut for my 8-year-old daughter, whose hair was initially cut incorrectly at a different salon, leading to disappointment and tears.
Grace was professional and immediately put my daughter at ease. She took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and her encouraging approach helped my daughter feel confident enough to agree to a slightly shorter style than planned.
Grace proactively took the initiative to double-check her plan with a senior stylist, ensuring we received the best possible outcome.
