So , new to the area & dislike any hairdressing experience let alone a new one . Also never feel compelled to leave a review (nothing is that interesting surely?) but ....I made the call to a salon that wasn’t run by the usual conglomerates & was rewarded for my outside thinking 10fold .

First salon experience after 13years of living in London. I love my new balyage and colour really good technical skills and ability to see my vision. I like my balyage quite high to look more classical but with the ability to grow out naturally. I'm really pleased with the results and will definitely be back! Thank you ?

Stylist Frances went above and beyond, she made sure that the condition of my hair was not damaged after the balayage, I still have healthy, long hair, the colour and technique is exactly how I wanted it to be, if not better. It was done very carefully and precise. Frances was very gentle with my hair. She was very friendly, welcoming and made me feel at home. I'm very happy. Thank you.

Harry was new to the team. He was really friendly and listened well to what I wanted, checking in regularly that I was happy with the haircut ... Which I am!!

It shouldn't have gone wrong! I have a straightforward regular regrowth colour and, this time, it was brought through to ends for last mins of development (***** did that). Result was a bloc awful almost black colour all over...simply awful - no shine or tone, just looks a dull and dreadful. I popped in to show both Gemma &Claudia the result on 24th Jan, and was given a shampoo to use which has taken some of the harsh colour off. Not at all usual standard and no real explanation of what went wrong. My roots now again showing through and it's only been 2 weeks on. Just really disappointed with what's happened here.

Have been taking my two daughters here for some time and they always love their experience! The team are great and always spoil them with a hot chocolate and biscuits. Claudia was lovely with my youngest and the lovely lady who did my eldest (sorry I didn’t get her name) was fab! I have been having my hair coloured and cut by Lewis for a number of years. He always does a great job and listens to what I want to achieve with my hair.

Lewis always puts you at ease and advises honestly about cut and colour . I always leave with a grin on my face ,and think YES he got it !!!

I am more than happy with my hair - staff are wonderful and they fitted me in last minute - will definitely be returning to this salon!
