A very relaxing hair wash experience and a lovely cut that suits my hair type. I felt safe with the rules. Emily was very friendly and did a beautiful cut. I'm very pleased.

Sarah knows me so well and always understands what I want . Always leave with an amazing colour and cut . Always Fab service and the rest of the staff are always so friendly, wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Lewis gave me great advice regarding a restyle and altering colour. Really pleased with the result.

This was my first visit. The member of staff I spoke to by telephone on booking was friendly and helpful, and on arrival for my appointment I was greeted in the same manor.
Charlie who cut and styled my hair is cheerful, charming and he gave my split-ended, scarecrow-like hair a million dollar makeover. My husband said it is the best haircut I’ve had, and I would have to agree!Thank you Charlie.

Was very good with my 5 year old daughter and made the haircut very enjoyable. The salon was reassuringly Covid secure.

I don't come often but when I do I am so pleased with how Lewis takes time, very polite, easy to talk to and perfect cut.

My last cut with Danielle was 12th March, then we had lockdown so I missed 4 cuts ? I hadn’t left home to go anywhere in 4 months, but I finally plucked up courage to go and have my hair cut, I did this yesterday. I had an early appointment so that I didn’t have to see/meet too many people. Danielle opened the door and explained everything, personal packs for each client and plenty of social distances. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and as usual Danielle was outstanding and I love my “back to normal “ hair! Thank you so much Danielle, see you in September. Super pleased with my hair cut, was above and beyond expectations, having done home colour for so long and over 12 months since my last cut. I also felt very safe during these unprecedented times, will definitely be booking again

This is the first time I have visited the salon since COVID the salon was spotless and I felt very welcomed. I can always rely on Gemma or Sarah to not cut too much off and my hair and It’s always styled to look sleek and shiny. I have been coming to Charlie Brown Reigate for 12 years and I already can’t wait to return again!

Fabulous. My treat for day 1 out of shielding. I knew there'd be good hygiene rules but it really was fabulous. I still had a full hairdressing experience and would recommend everyone having a cut. Lewis was his usual fabulous self and im really pleased with my post shutdown haircut. Thank you.
