I was very glad that you had an appointment free today at 15:00 for a wash and blow-dry but was so shocked when I went to pay and the bill came to £49. I was just very surprised and shocked that this amount was not mentioned to me when booking as I am a pensioner and cannot really afford this price.

I was given a discount of £10 when I questioned the price but this is still a very high price and had I known beforehand that it would be this cost, I wouldn't have been able to attend. Just a comment that it may be worth advising your customers of the blow-dry rate when booking to avoid this happening in the future.

Academy in Hersham never lets me down, great salon, friendly staff and top stylists. Been going for a few years and would strongly recommend.

From the moment I walked in the door,I felt at ease everyone was very helpful,lovely relaxing shampoo,stylist Maurizio explained everything he was going to do to sort my hair out from a previous salon messing it up,love what he has done,will be using this salon from now on.my coffee was even replaced with a fresh one as it had gone slightly cold while I was having my hair washed.very happy ????

Upon entering the Salon I was greeted by Amy in a very friendly and welcoming fashion, I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted ,after consultation she talked me through every stage as she was cutting and colouring my hair, and the end result was absolutely what I hoped it would be, I will be making this Salon my regular hairdressers.

Approach by Sacha was very warming and welcoming .. Also the interest she shows in her care for my hair especially as I had stripped a colour myself.my hair feels soft and silky after treatment ..excellent blow dry after leaving the shop did not fell the panick to go and redo my hair . So pleased with the way it looked.. Good advice on a new colour ..colour tested

She s only 17 and already so professional, fast , talented . Very happy with cut , colour came up a bit too blonde and she had no problem to admit that suggesting to come again to do 'toning down' next week. My baby was crying whilst Amy was putting colour on and sasha came over held the baby for ten minutes comforting her . All in all great experience , I've finally found the right salon for me with outstanding lovely staff

Today was my first time meeting lovely Amy. She was very professional and enthusiastic. She listened to the 'brief'! Her knowledge of products was amazing! She gave me a lovely haircut and a fantastic blow dry. She was prepared to go the extra distance to get the look I was hoping to achieve and even put Velcro rollers in to try to give me extra volume. Very nice experience.

Had my highlights done by Hannah and I'm really happy with the result. Looking forward to booking in for 6 weeks time.

Maurizio at Hersham branch did my hair today. I had been having it cut by a friend who has just finished a college course in hairdressing. Also after a few weeks in California my hair was very dry and in bad condition. I am so pleased with the result - I just wish I could afford to see Maurizio more often.

I walked in and whisked in to a chair, professional and personable member of staff (Amy).

From start to finish I felt comfortable with the process and felt like Amy was confident and professional throughout.

This was my first visit to Academy salon in Hersham and I found it to be a very friendly and professional salon. Maurizio cut my hair and did an excellent job. I am definitely going back again and would recommend it to others.

I am very happy with the cut and colour by Amy. I am a brunette with very dark hair. I wanted a match to my natural colour without it looking reddish or purplish. She did a great job and it was very reasonably priced at under £50 for both.

So happy with my hair, prefect colour and the perfect length, all the staff are so friendly always making sure you are comfortable asking fif you'd like a drink or magazines, and such an amazing price as well.

This was my second visit to the salon - Katie was brilliant - her shampooing and head massage was great and she was always checking if I was Ok - she listened to how I wanted my hair to look and the cut was lovely - I will definitely return and ask for her

I had an appointment with Charlotte Gorman for a full head highlight and layered cut. This is the first time I've ever been to the hairdressers and not thought that I will deal with it when I get home. I absolutely love what Charlotte has done and already booked my follow up appointment

Great service from Sasha at the Hersham salon. Happy with my colour :) had a voucher for £20 off colour so was good value too.

Visited the salon on 4th June for roots tinted and highlights. Jodie did a fantastic job , I would highly recommend her.
