Academy Salons Hersham

Booked appointment for Saturday Nov 19. Great hair wash and loved the massage chair. Explained I wanted a graduated bob; there was another lady in the salon having a slightly shorter version of the cut. She had 3 attempts at trying to get the style correct. All I wanted to do was get out of the salon. She was a very sweet girl so I won't name her here. To add insult to injury this cost me £62 after the £10 discount voucher. Still in shock I was asked if I would like to book another appointment , which I did out of embarrassment. Now doomed to spend my birthday and the Xmas season with this dreadful hair cut.

Been going to hersham for years salv cutting my hair. Thurs late night is a godsend for me working in London. Best hairdresser I have had and salon works like clockwork. Well done all.

This is my first time to been Academy salons I would say there services are excellent and staff are brilliant . On going forward definitely I will go there as regular salons

Working mum of 2 I had 1hr to spare between conference calls . I called on the off chance and Sasha was available . . I asked her to do a graded bob, with no guidance and lots from her as to how I could still tie my hair back ( I have a 2 year old that like to pull hair and ride horses so need something that doesn't look horrendous when the hat comes off!) . She cut and blow dried in 45 minutes finishing off with expert cutting .. I will use her again as she was simply - awesome

Sacha did a full head of highlights,cut and blowdry.
From start to finish Sacha was professional and friendly, she helped me pick my colors and gave me time with out making me feel pressured to decide as I was indecisive.
I am over the moon with my finished result and will definitely be booking back in with Sacha when my hair needs doing.. Thanks academy!!

Spoke to a lovely girl at the reception desk called Emma who was very helpful and welcomed me in. Sacha Oakley did my hair, having not had my hair dyed for over 4 years it meant a lot to me and she did the most amazing job! So pleased with the results. Such a Talented hairdresser :)

Amy re styled my hair today as she was amazing, I didn't know exactly what I wanted but she was great, showing me pictures and asking questions all the time being patient. The finished look is fantastic and I'm over the moon, will go back to Amy again.

My two daughters had their haircuts today and their hair truly looks superb, the best cuts they have ever had. The stylists took their time and were so diligent, meticulous and conscientious when cutting the girls hair. This will definitely be our new salon for the girls hair cuts. Salv has been cutting my hair for 33 years, so it would be fair to say that he knows every inch of my scalp. Another perfect cut today, preceded by an excellent wash and head massage by the delightful, petite Claudia. If you want the best experience, go to the best - the Academy.

My first visit to the salon was definitely not going to be my last!
The staff were friendly and helpful and the quality of the whole experience was beyond expectation.
It is not the cheapest salon you will ever come across, but neither is it particularly expensive. The quality of service is worth every penny.

First haircut in hersham today and Amy was fantastic. A great cut and very friendly stylist.

Had a model appointment booked but sadly the apprentice was poorly. Luckily, they slotted me in with a stylist which meant I could still get my hair colour done for my hen do at the weekend - which looks fab! And as a bonus she curled my hair beautifully! I feel very pampered!

Amazing! Staff are all so attentive. And to top it all came away feeling a million dollars. Looking forward to the next appt!

Quite a negative atmosphere in Hersham salon. Service perfunctory and whilst polite not welcoming. The stylist chose the easy option to style my hair. An option I could have chosen at home and which I would not have chosen to visit a salon and pay £44.00 and this includes £10 discount. Over my few visits the first 2/3 sentences of this review apply,there has not been an improvement. I will not be visiting again.

Went today for haircut in Hersham, first time at The Academy. Very pleased, will be going again!

As usual, the team at Academy Hersham looked after me very well, with great attention to detail. Technically it is always a great cut, but in addition the service is friendly and professional. A visit always lifts my spirits and I've had a few comments already about my glam hair.

I came into the Hersham branch for the first time on Tuesday and was very pleased with the cut I received. I have already made a return appt. in February for cut and colour
