I’ve been a loyal customer to Toni and Guy for many years, the colour is always fabulous and my go to is Jenny for a cut!

Jade did a fab job with colour and Carly always fab with the cut and the lady on reception was fab too

I have been using Guildford Tony and Guy for about 3 years now and every time I have been completely satisfied with the service I received. It is a bit pricey and the additional treatments they offer can be bit expensive but afterwards I feel amazing so it is worth it.

Always impressed with the standard at Guildford Toni & Guy, namely David who does my colour. Not only does he produce exactly what you want but he gives you tips and advice on how to maintain and reduce the damage on your hair in between visits. Whether I’ve been in for a cut or colour, it’s always a nice experience.

T&G Salons and stylists set the bar and with friendly and talented stylists I would strongly recommended you try them.

Had great expierience at TONI&GUY Guildford! Natasha did my hair and it turned out exactly what I wanted! A lot of patience doing a full head of highlights, will come back!

As always my appointment went smoothly with a transfer from a delightful colourist to am equally proficient cutter, by way of the lovely massage chair at the basins. And best of all I have a lovely cut and colour that I know will last.

My appointment was for colour with Amy and it was a very good experience. She is so quick at her work with a very light touch, and the time passes very enjoyably. The end result is of a consistently high standard too. Altogether I really recommend this!

My technician is brilliant and I have been coming to T&G for 25 years. However I had no head massage, water in my ear which is painful, staff are friendly but not very professional, toilets were average but no soap. Not sure I will come back again. I expect more from the company in terms of customer service.

Good cut but what really impressed me was the very helpful advice given by Kathy, receptionist at Guildford shop. My five stars go to Kathy!

My appointment was on time and hair was shampooed by a very pleasant young lady. Gareth was very attentive as usual, taking the utmost care styling my hair. I had a coffee and as usual made to feel both at home and special at this great salon.

I go to the salon only due to m hairdresser Robert. He is good and listens to whst I want to achieve. However the service and cleanliness is really questionable. It is often dirty with hair and dust everywhere. Nobody is offering a drink, I always have to ask. The staff is often very average. Often I think about leaving as the experience is awful and noisy.

First haircut in 3 years and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Been coming for nearly 20 years, and will continue :)

David is the best colourist in the world and so much fun to chat to. I’ve been to him twice now and will come back to see him when I’m next in the country. I really hope he gets a pay rise as he is spectacular. Thank you

Second time attending the salon and I had jade do my colour, she was so friendly and made me feel like she wanted the best for me. And also talk about making it better next time. Even though it was already gorgeous. But it was nice to hear that she strives for perfection!
Rowan did my cut and blow dry! Cut is lovely really made my thick heavy hair feel light and manageable also the blow dry! Was the tits, spot on. Thank you and see you all again :)

Lovely girl who cut my hair but I’m not all that pleased with it, I had to cut some bits off when I got home. I hate moaning.

I booked in to have a full head of highlights with the recommendation from the lady at reception. The girl who did my hair was very pleasant. I showed her a picture of what I was after and she said light blonde takes a while to get to but she would do her best. I left the salon with brassy, striped hair which is uneven. I had to go straight to another hair dresser and book an appointment to get it fixed. I showed them the same picture and they were shocked that they’d given me highlights and should have gone bayalage. Although everyone was nice and pleasant I’m left with awful looking hair which I’ll have to pay more money to get fixed.

I had a fab service, everyone was so nice and helpfull. From the lovely Coffee maker to the very helpful receptionist. Mycolour was great and the the cut was brilliant. Thank you all for a fab service.

Very chilled atmosphere here on a Sunday so really relaxed while Lisa worked her magic - as always a great haircut she really listens to what I want & then takes time to get the details just right

As always David has done a wonderful job of transforming my grotty grey into glorious glossy blonde highlights intertwined with a natural brown colour. David as ever is a delight,; friendly and chatty and makes you feel at ease. I always feel relaxed, drinking lovely latte and reading glossy magazines amongst lovely and very hardworking staff.
