I have been T&G Guildford branch customer for last 15 years and as always I had Excellent service , great cut !!

Kim understands my hair completely. And gets better over the years.

As always Tracy looked after me very well and did my highlights just as I like them!

Great service and really friendly staff. I have had a few bad experiences recently and was completely put at ease. Staff really listen to what you want but contribute to your ideas.

Claire cut and highlighted my hair very well.

Lottie just seemed to know what i wanted done with my hair without me having to explain it!! Lovely wash and head massage followed by great cut and blow dry. cant wait to visit again!!

My only complaint with Toni and Guy Guildford is that the reception staff hardly ever answer the telephone even if they are standing behind the desk. Very frustrating especially when one needs to reach the salon urgently

Fab salon, lovely friendly staff, been coming here 25yrs and never had a bad experience. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Everyone is very good but Tracie and Louise are my favourites!!

I have been going to T&G Guildford for over a year now - colour with Leigh, cut with Louise and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Admittedly expensive but the best I have found in the area. They really listen to you and what you are looking for - brilliant.

Rpwan did. a really beautiful hair cut for me today. He had cut my hair three times now and he’s excellent. Pity he’s leaving. However my experience at the wash basin was actually painful as the new neck rubbers on the basins don’t fit properly. I struggled to get my head into it. Please sort this ASAP
