I had an excellent stylist this morning.

I had booked for a haircut for my daughters wedding on 6th october, i had told them this when i booked. arriving at the salon i was told to come back in about 45 minutes as 'running late' (appointment 9.45am) I was very distressed knowing that i did not have this time. Eventually i had a blow dry with a very small amount of trimming of the most grown out layers, just to try and make my hair look presentable rather than the complete haircut i had wanted. Gareth did everything he could to be helpful. I was still charged 68 pounds! after being a customer for over 20 years I will not be going back. Neither did i appreciate the junior behind the desk apparently sniggering when i burst into tears.

I never need to worry as the colour and cut is just what I like. Friendly staff too make it a very pleasant experience.

I felt very pampered and looked after and the salon has a very relaxed and happy feel

Excellent service from very creative and professional staff
As someone who had not liked going to hairdressers I have found the stylist and colour technician to be creative and aware . Now I am happy to visit the salon more frequently and I have found all other staff are great

Very good from reception, hair washing to the stylist. I love my hair and all done in a friendly way. The chap who washed my hair was lovely.

I always have Chalie cut my hair . She's fab she listens she always does what I like.. don't let her leave!!! ????

Only my second time at the salon . Staff very friendly and Natasha made an excellent job of my colour. Trainee Beth gave me a lovely straight blow dry . Really happy customer.

I have been coming back to Carlie and Toni&Guy for the last 15 years. I genuinely love the thought of having my hair done as I know it will be jam packed with fun and laughter. It’s a great hour of my time. Carlie knows and understands my hair and I have never been disappointed in her cuts. She cleverly gives me the illusion of having hair. The rest of the staff are welcoming and there is a real buzz to the place which blatantly comes from how the shop managed.

David understands my colouring preferences to perfection and Robert gives me the best haircuts I ever had. The individual care and thoughtfulness of the staff is exemplary. I always feel welcome and people remember me and my ‘needs’. The atmosphere is upbeat. The only thing I would like different is the music: a more chilled playlist or even something classical in mornings would be great!

Toni and Guy Guildford is a very friendly and relaxed salon with really lovely staff who are true professionals, very very talented at what they do. I’ve never been disappointed and I cannot fault them. I’ve been coming here for the past 27 years, and I think that says it all!!

Have been coming here for twenty years on and off. It doesn’t matter if I’ve asked for blue hair, a perm or just something smart for job interview. These guys are always keen to do their very best for the customer. Lisa or Sophie cut my hair at the moment but wouldn’t hesitate to use anyone. Also thanks to the front desk and hairwashers who work as equally hard to make it such a successful award winning salon. Even the lady that sweeps the floor and brings me my tea is happy in her work.? Might be more expensive than other hair salons but I never sit in the chair wincing at the potential end result!
