I asked about the price when i booked the appointment and was told that they wouldn't charge me more than £81 for my balayage. And again when I came in for a patch test they said the same thing. But when i came in today i was told that it would be £98. I ended up paying £90, but I wish they would have been clearer about the price in the first place. Overall I was so happy with the result, Jade and Beth were so lovely and did such an amazing job, I will be coming back. xx

I was desperate for a coffee but machine had broken again. My appointment for cut is nearly always late. Salon is a bit tired looking. I have been coming for at least 20 years and the staff are always very helpful. I have a brilliant relationship with Lindsey and Lottie. They are both excellent and look after me so well.

Today I had cut and colour and I have never left the salon so happy with my hair. David and Nadia did such a good job and I am very great full will definitely recommend and return

When I go for a cut and highlights - I want to relax and feel confident that the staff will do a good job. That’s why I go back to T&G in Guildford time after time. Steph and Gareth listen to what I want. Gareth also takes care to do a cut that suits me and my hair type.

Cannot fault the service from Louise (cut) and Lauren (highlights). Always polite, attentive and professional every time I visit.

I can’t fault the quality of the hair cut because that was great I was happy. But I was forgotten about often, I was left waiting 20mins intotal before someone even washed my hair. During that period no mags or drinks were offered to me no one spoke to me. When I went for the wash a lovely girl was doing a great job she offered me a head massage within 15secs the stylist came over and said Stop that just rinse and finish ? I was gutted so I was rushed through that process. This was my first time going to the salon and I didn’t leave at all relaxed

My appointment was on time. A friendly young man shampooed my hair and Gareth my stylist gave it a perfect cut as usual. Busy salon but has a good feel about it.

We had Louise, Jenny and Atlanta cut my mum, my daughter and myself! All the cuts were fantastic and we had a lovely experience thank you!

Professional caring personal efficient happy affordable clean and polite

My haircut was not as good as I would have liked and it was £25 more expensive than with Rowen who has left. My haircut did not justify the extortionate price of £68 today. I have been having my hair cut at your salon for years. However, I will not be giving you any more custom.

I only have my hair cut if Lotty is about. She’s always a pleasure and does a great job! Her attention to detail is spot on!
