My husband came in for a trim
He has been going to your salon in guildford for about 20 years or more

However he came out looking like a baraber has just trimmed around the edges

I was not Happy with it
He did not want to make a fuss
Also it cost £52
For a very average trim

From warm greeting st reception by name to brieging with technician to efficient hand off to hair wash then terrific cut .Nice exchange with manager Tim. Enjoyable and professional through out . No wonder I keep visiting this salon over 20 years !

Tim has cut my hair brilliantly for over 20 years (& my Mum’s!)& he always uses his fantastic experience & takes the time to give us wonderful haircuts which are very easy to maintain & care for ourselves! Many thanks Tim.

Had my haircut with Robert. Robert is a brilliant hairdresser. Always cuts it really well and even if I don't have it cut for a while it stays in that style just a longer version of it. If you want someone to fawn all over you and tell you how amazing you and your hair is then he is not for you. But if you want an excellent cut and an interesting conversation then I would highly recommend.

Great colour and blow dry. Long wait between wash and blow dry. Washing seats need replacing! So uncomfortable. Great staff as always, friendly and professional
