My own fault for needing a last minute appt because I had a really important interview.
When I explained what j wanted and revered to a picture in the salon I was told he’d rather do it his way than rely on my description. Unfortunately he wasn’t listening to which picture I was referring & ended up following the wrong one. So I now have almost bare scalp at the back with a bowl cut on top. Was so upset just left as didn’t see the point in speaking to someone who obviously wasn’t listening. It’s so short there is nothing that can be done

Love this salon it’s my 6th visit, need a loyalty card really. I’ve tried 3 other Toni & Guy salons in London where I live as well as Charles Worthington in Queen Street, However I have found the salon for me. Amy colours my hair to the exact shade of blond I’ve strived for for the past 30 years. Lottie cuts my hair to perfection and is excellent at giving advice on hair care and easy styling for someone like myself who’s a bit cack handed. All the staff are very friendly here and there seems to be a sense of family.

Tracey Anderson has been colouring my hair for 20yrs & knows exactly what suits me, that’s why I keep coming back even though I don’t live there. Kim Bolsom Cuts my hair to the exact style I want. I have every confidence in their professional ability & all the staff are very friendly....
