I have been seeing the same hairdresser for the past 13 years, however she moved away so I needed to find someone new... Atlanta was brilliant, she listened to exactly what I wanted and had some good input and ideas to create the style I had in mind - I felt very confident in her hands. The time flew by chatting away and I left feeling more than happy with the result! I will most definitely be back in the New Year. Atlanta was awesome! Thank you x

Always a joy to pay a visit

First of all congratulations on T & G Guildford's 30 anniversary. The atmosphere yesterday was really buzzing and a great vibe. As an added bonus I received a great haircut from Tim (my appointment was at 12). I would also like to mention that the young man who washed my hair was charming and attentive (and gave a great shampoo). All in all a really great experience.

Had my hair highlighted today by the lovely Lauren, very pleased with results. Also would totally recommend Bruno, for blow drys.

Had my hair cut today by Atlanta. She went above and beyond and told me how to look after my hair. Even showed me products suitable which I purchased. Fab service will be coming back soon.

Scalp bleach absolutely perfect from David as usual and as was the cut done by Nadia - thank you both! Only negative is that I had a young junior trainee wash my hair and she left half of the shampoo in and didn’t condition the ends of my hair at all. Slightly frustrating as then had to have it re-washed after saying something to David who very kindly sorted this for me

I had my second appointment at Tony & Guy with Hailey . I'm very happy with the results , my hair is curly and difficult to get a nice haircut .
I recommend Hailey , she is very good .

For the last few years have been really unhappy with my hair colour/cut but both David (colour) and Nadia (cut) did the most amazing job with it- couldn’t believe how lovely it looked! Will recommend to anyone and 100% will be returning for the foreseeable future!!!

I was very unhappy with the result and didn’t feel comfortable discussing it with the professional that did my hair

I turned up for my colour and cut appointment to be told that the computer system had it as cancelled.
I showed the nice receptionist my text from Toni & Guy the previous day, confirming my appointment. I had not cancelled.
Fortunately the colourist stayed on but I was unable to have my hair cut.
I know mistakes can be made but I have only had half of my appointments & have to spend time & parking money on coming in again to have my hair cut.
I feel really frustrated. Plus the salon is busy in the run up to Christmas & there are limited times I can re-book.

After a bad experience at a salon I had been going to for 10 years, I decided it was time to change, I had a couple of 'not great' cuts on my search for somewhere new and was feeling a bit defeated. I booked at T&G Guildford as it had good reviews but I had booked with Tim, he was poorly on the day so I was offered Hayley instead and (sorry Tim) but I'm really happy..!! I have come away with a haircut that I wanted, feeling fabulous, I actually feel like I've had my hair cut, and cut well, the blow dry was superb too and I can't stop playing with it and messing it all up to show the layers. Hair is everything and after two bad cuts, I'm elated following my experience at T&G with Hayley, I've every faith Tim would have been great too, but I'm not sad I was switched..!! Thanks Hayley...I shall be back early in 2020 :)

Customer service was terrible. I felt like an inconvenience. Stylist left me to help a colleague. Stopped applying colour a couple of times to give advice to colleague. Offered drinks which didn’t come. Offered magazines that didn’t come. Waited and waited for hair to be shampooed because staff called to do other things. Colour and cut good. Service terrible. Not a good experience.

My colourist Steph did her usual wonderful job. Bruns did a wonderful blow dry. Staff all friendly and pleasant

Highlights/Tint done superbly, as always, by Lindsay. Did not have an appt with Tim as previous appt cancelled but, although he had no free appts, he fitted
me in for a trim and got Nathalie (?) to blow dry. The results from everyone yesterday were excellent and I could not have asked for better service and attention.
I have been a client here for nearly 30 years & my loyalty is I think well rewarded!
