After a ridiculous wait for a working hair washing sink and the weirded wash from a 16yr old zombie. I had yet another unbelievable cut by Lottie. Funky sassy and new. The coffee was beautiful and the rest of the staff were fun and fab. Brought a mate and she will be a regular. I left 10yrs younger but sad that waiting for a sink is a thing. Yes will be back.

I have been having my hair coloured by Lindsey for years and in my opinion she is always really very good, I never have anything negative to say about her. The salon in Guildford used to be very clean, bright and fresh but I feel over the past couple of years it tends to look a little tired and in need of a revamp. I always buy the label.m volume mousse but I couldn’t get hold of any last week as you we’re out of stock and I was told you’re restocking products less than you used to, what a shame, I’ll have to find it elsewhere or try a different make.

Jenny did a good job as usual. But it is a pity that massage chair is not working.

Carly is great. She knows me and my hair well. She understands how I manage my hair and styles accordingly. She is lovely to chat to too, this makes my hair cut visit an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Thank you

Excellent service, really pleased as always with my cut. Gareth does a fabulous job. My head massage was really lovely too.

I was kept waiting for half an hour after the receptionist confirmed my booking before ***** finally acknowledged my arrival. Granted he was with a client but could have stepped away for a few seconds out of courtesy to say he was running late. This was my fourth haircut with ***** and the result was most disappointing. It was cut far too short on the crown, (after I specifically instructed not to cut it too short). I have had one brilliant haircut out of four with *****, so will not make it a fifth.

I usually have short hair because no one has been able to give me a long cut that I feel confident in, that was until Robert cut my hair. It’s the first time I’ve been in the branch and I’m definitely coming back. He took time and attention to understand what I wanted and knew instantly how best to give my hair that long styled effortless look I’ve been looking for. Amazing!

It is always a pleasure doing my hair at Tony & Guy Guildford, the customer service is excellent and allows me to chill out and enjoy the experience. Both Claire and Robert are amazing professionals and my hair looks better than ever. Cleanliness has improved in the past year. Thank you.

David did a great job on Hi-lights, but it all went very wrong after that!
My foils were taken out,hair washed then blowed dried. Only after paying and about to leave did I realise that not only had bleach been left in my hair unwashed ( underneath at the back) but it had also been blowed dried in undetected!!
I told the receptionist who very quickly told David. Apologies were made and the bottom ( not all) of my hair was washed again!
I was then sent to another stylist who seemed surprised to have someone turning up with half a blowed dried head! It turned out she didn't know what had happened until I explained!!
Nobody checked my hair after she had finished and I was left to leave the salon?

I'm an ex hairdresser and know what could have happened if I hadn't have found the bleach in time!
