We brought our daughter here for a wig consultation and found the salon very supportive .The atmosphere was calming and the staff were very helpful . Julia was amazing with her tact , caring attitude and experience towards our
daughter who is going through a very emotional time . She immediately put our daughter at ease and when we left my daughter had a big smile on her face- priceless .
I definitely recommend this salon .

On arrval we were made very welcome. At the consultation Julia explained everything in full detail, including her thoughts and ideas. Julia
was open to suggestions from us with colour and style. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend the salon to anybody requiring a wig. I can't wait to return next Saturday to have my wig fitted.

The salon itself looks lovely but I would not pay as much as I did for the service provided.
Firstly, I was asked to leave the salon with wet hair after spending £80 on my colour and after spending my evening waiting around as the salon was short of staff.
Secondly, I was not happy with the cut of my hair and as a result my hair is now very difficult to style myself.

I will not be returning to this salon.

Julia once again was brilliant. As an alopecia sufferer she is so sensitive about my situation and cuts my wigs wonderfully, which makes them look so natural. I receive many compliments. Thank you so much Julia.

Having lost my last hairdresser of 10yrs to the bright lights of London I was quite apprehensive about finding a new hairdresser!!! I had nothing to worry about after walking into Julia Lampard salon yesterday I was booked in with Lillie for the next morning and what a lovely experience!!! Lillie was lovely, friendly and chatty....and her cutting skills were amazing!!! The picture I took with me is exactly what a walked out with. Very happy going back for colour next week...looking forward to it!!!

Our hair can be such an important part of who we feel we are! So many hair salons are run in a conveyer belt fashion, one customer swiftly after another. I have just had my first experience of a true 'customer comes first' treatment - at Julia Lampards. My hair consultant, Lillie, ensured that I was totally relaxed, took time to listen and advise on what was best for my hair. I even loved the fact she not only consulted, cut and styled my hair, she washed it too! She didn't force any salon products on me - although I think I will be back to buy as they are all so yummy and my hair feels amazing!! Competitively priced but you get A* service. Well worth a visit. I am converted!

I asked for golden balayage on medium hair. ***** was my colourist.She put flat dark brown which came out almost black then put toner at the end which came out green on my blond ends!!!!Julia asked me to come back to fix.Natasha was my colourist that day she was way much better than her senior colleague still didn’t manage to do what I asked for the first day but she lighten my hair and then Julia cut my damaged hair at the end. (The hair cut after blow dry was lovely but next day after washing I wasn’t impressed with it).Well my bad experience costed £160 and was one of the worst ones so far.

I can’t fault the service I have received so far. My wig is beautiful I love it. I only got it yesterday and have already worn it. It’s very comfortable and fits like a glove. I’m really pleased. Julia was amazing, Put me at ease and was so kind, caring and supportive. If I have any problems I’ve been made to feel so welcome to come back to see Julia, thank you so much Julia.

I cannot praise Julia Lampard's hair salon enough. This was my repeat visit, and yet again I walked out of there with an amazing hair colour done by lovely Natasha and a stylish cut by Julia. The salon's ambience is incredibly relaxing and customers get well looked after by friendly staff. Thank you Julia and her lovely team for yet another wonderful experience, I'll be back soon!

I have been coming for years and the new premises are suited to this excellent team!

Make no mistake, I am not normally a salon enthusiast. Hairdryer noise, strangers wielding scissors near your face and ( usually) excruciating chairs often make this experience rank alongside visits to the dentist in my opinion! However, I could have finally discovered a hairdressers where this isn’t the case! Beautiful and tranquil salon , with really friendly staff ( no “ when did you last have your hair cut?” Etc) who genuinely listen and take time and care to do hair the way it should be done. The most comfortable wash basins ever, and truly wonderful salon staff who actually smile and ensure you sit in a pristine ( but friendly) environment not surrounded by other people’s hair cuttings on the floor (Toni and Guy take note please)

I had a great balagye done by Natasha, finally found a great colour technician who listens to what I want, she was so friendly and did an amazing job!

The standards are high in Julia’s new premises. I can highly recommend.

Today I visited Julia Lampard salon and it made my day! Lauren who coloured my hair done excellent job just as wash, head massage and blow dry by Marcin. Their products left my hair super silky and shine and I feel relaxed. Can't wait for my next visit. Best hair salon in Guildford!

Very disappointed on how my hair looked after I have visited the salon. I have let 1.6 years my hair to grow natural, and I wanted a certain look. It should be much easier to work with a virgin hair, than with a coloured one. It seems that Lily didn't take into account what I wanted.

I had my hair coloured here. First I got a quote. But I ended up paying much more because the quote was wrong. no explanation at all! VERY dissapointed in this. I explained explicitly what I wanted to be done and how I wanted it and exactly what I DID NOT want. But I ended up with what I didn't want. I was so disappointed I didnt even want to challenge them. Just wanted to get out of there. Really cannot recommend doing any colour service there.

I came to Julia Lampards following an appalling haircut at a different salon. Julia Lampard's recut my hair. Although it had to be cut shorter than I'd wished for, it was cut and styled so well that the length (or lack of!) didn't bother me at all. I'll definitely be making this my regular salon now.

This was my first visit to the salon. I've not looked after my curly hair particularly well but Julia managed to tame my unruly locks and suggested a style that I love. I had lots of nice comments when I got back to the office and when I got home. Looking forward to my next visit.

I visited the salon for the first time today, the salon is beautifully decorated, my greeting on arrival was very friendly. I went to have a wig consultation as I have been losing hair and my self-esteem has been really affected by this.

Mariam who does the consultations was so lovely, extremely helpful and also patient. She gave me really good advice and was also happy to have my 2 friends in the room with us (i brought them along for moral support - it's s big decision). It was a really easy process and I even managed to get a wig that was perfect and walk out of the salon wearing it and feeling great!

Julia Lampard was with a client in the main salon and was very friendly, she told me she can cut & style the hair if I want to do that at any time.

We left the salon with a great impression from everyone we met. Great service and I'm sure I am going to be a regular customer from now on.

I am very happy with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend if you are thinking of going down the wig route.
