Had my first ever wig consultation, and was so nervous,. Megan was wonderful, she put me at ease immediately, suggesting various styles, lengths and colours she thought would suit me. At no time did I feel pressured, nor did I feel I had to buy a wig (Although I did), Megan allowed me to take my time. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to my fitting appointment.

I have been looking for a long time for organic hair colour that would cover my grey hair. Normal hair colours have aggravated eczema on my scalp and I am very worried about harsh chemicals on my skin and the effects they have. I have visited supposedly organic salons in London and they instead tried to use other products, which caused a reaction. I was sceptical, to say the least, about the success of organic hair colouring (I am very grey). But my hair looks great, I no longer have grey roots and my head isn’t itching from harsh chemicals. Not only am I really happy with my hair but it was a lovely experience listening to soft jazz in the salon with the sun dancing on the leaves of the tree just outside. AND it was cheaper than my normal salon! I will definitely be back and I’m so glad I found this salon.

I found the salon very welcoming, relaxing and clean. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Megan did a patch test ready for highlighting/toning in a couple of weeks time and went through exactly what i needed and helped make the booking after discussion which was very helpful for me. I live in Woking and work in London but will definitely be getting my hair care and styling done here. I look forward to my appointment in a couple of weeks.

Julia is always up for a challenge.
I was seeing the Barbie movie after the hair appointment. She helped to release my inner Barbie for the occasion. The cut was perfect and because she was teaching a student at the time I found listening to the commentary fascinating. It helped me to realise just how much skill, creative talent is required and what a perfectionist one needs to be. We tend to take this all for granted.

I thought the service we took was everything I was looking for. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Was made to feel completely at ease from the moment my daughter and I stepped into the Salon. To cope with hair loss has been hard, and to have a wig fitting the ultimate humiliation, but very knowledgeable Julia actually made it fun whilst remaining professional. My stylist Ali was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and very skilful - one of the best cuts I've had in a long time.

I like to regularly try different looks and I always get a sympathetic interpretation of what I was hoping for, something that suits both my features and build. Both the colour by Ross and the cut by Julia are expertly executed. I leave feeling glamorous and feminine.

Being quite an anxious customer I don't always relish a visit to the hairdresser (long story!). But Amal has been cutting my hair for a while & really takes the time to listen to what I want (and what I don't!) This was one of the best haircuts I've had and, a week later, I am still really pleased with how my hair feels & looks. Thank you Amal!

I love my visits to the Julia Lampard salon. Unlike every other hairdressers I’ve ever visited, it is a spacious, stylish and tranquil space. The music never dominates and they serve tea in a teapot with cup and saucer.
Alice is always so welcoming and enthusiastic. I love the way she highlights my hair and was thrilled with my graduating lob today.

I have been having my hair done at this salon for the best part of 3 years and have always been happy. Today though my colour was much darker than usual and I was disappointed.

My first hair cut with Ross today and he did such an amazing job. I’d had it cut badly somewhere else and it was in a bit of a mess so I turned up feeling it was beyond sorting out. But Ross transformed it and I left the salon feeling so much happier. A meticulous and precise hairdresser. Thank you so much, Ross.

I was not happy with my highlights. I had a full head of highlights but I feel the coverage is not as good as I’ve had before. My colour is not great and I still have patches of grey.
