Excellent management team - top quality stylist and good juniors to wash hair etc. . Nice sense of humour and easy manner. Clean salon and good products. Decor - OK - not fab. At the end of the day, it's the stylist that counts. Lewis is an excellent artist who knows how to create a style that will suit my lifestyle as well as my face. I travel far to make sure he alone cuts and colours my hair.

I had my hair done by chaynie! And I cannot tell you amazing she did my hair from the harsh blonde that it was to subtle brown to ashy tones! I can honestly say that I am pleased my hair is finally right and how I want it I am so happy and look forward to coming back for hair cut and so on!

Been going here for a long time and although staff change (but not often!) I always feel welcomed and valued. They cater for the whole range ... from children to their grandparents! It's a modern salon but not one of those that make you feel boring if you only want a normal style:colour ????

I always look forward to seeing Amber, she always makes my visit so special. She's professional and extremely talented. She ensures my expectations are met and exceeded on every visit and am always left looking and feeling great. Would recommend to anyone.

Do miss the nail manicure that we used to have just added to the lovely experience as well as the old free glass of wine. Shame. But still fabulous.

Really impressed & love my hair! Chaynie was excellent - she took her time with the colour as it was the first time I've had toner & she even topped it up as I wanted it a bit more golden. She cuts my hair really well and I really trust her suggestions. Will also be referring a couple of friends to her too. Thank-you.

A huge thank you to Amber. Amber is totally amazing. My visits always leave me feeling good, happy and as if I have been having coffee with friends. Amber really does make you feel part of the family. Her knowledge and skill is fantastic and I happily hand over all the decisions to her.
I struggle with the costs which seem to go up each time i visit, so sadly I feel my visits will have to become extremely limited.

I saw Abbey today. She is a nice person and very good colourist! I am very pleased with her!

Had an amazing hair colour today by Abi in Banstead. I wanted sunkissed natural caramel light ends and chocolate from the roots down but didn't want the harshness of Ombré and harsh regrowth so Abi recommended A L'Oreal technique called Balayage (which means 'Sweeping/Scanning')that was developed in the 70's where you literally separate hair and paint colour onto a paddle rather than foils and also do freestyle of random colour for impact. It looks amazing!!

I'm always pleased with my visits to Charlie Browns. Amy knows me so well after 10 years of doing my hair and it always looks lovely when I leave.
There's a great range of products to buy.
All the staff are friendly and professional. All in all its a lovely experience.

I can't recommend Charlie Brown in Banstead enough!!! Lovely friendly atmosphere I would especially recommend Lewis I went for ages trying to get a short modern cut with other salons and ended up with a frumpy Bob as soon as I explained to Lewis what I wanted I got a fantastic funky new cut and colour, that made me feel far more trendy and less Mumsy. Could not recommend more highly!!!!

I had half a head of highlights and a cut and blow dry. Shanie always puts a lot of effort and takes time with my hair.

Words fail me to describe how utterly devastated I am with this 'trim'. I was very clear about what I wanted. No length taken off. It's not what I got. I gave it some time, I've slept on it. And I feel even worse now with what I've been left with. Every time I think about it or catch my reflection I burst into tears. I'm desperately trying to grow my hair and it's shorter now than my last trim 2 months ago.

Lewis spent so much time with me helping choose the shade I wanted. I was made to feel like a special customer. Everyone was so friendly!

I came in and had my hair done which was lovely as always. however the coffee machine has gone wrong again!

I have never had a regular hairdresser but since moving to surrey 1 year ago I haven't been anywhere else for my cut and colour. I have seen a few stylists ranging in abilities and I have never been disappointed. I love the way they do my highlights- so fine, so it grows out discretely!

Lewis was brilliant! Not only was he great at colouring but my cut was perfect too. He definitely knows his stuff and I will be back again soon.

Had a great experience, my color is perfect thanks to a great hairdresser called Shani, after so many bad experiences at other hairdressers I'm happy to finally say I have found my hairdressers. She listened to everything I said and made outdid my expectations ????

Just got back from another lovely visit to Charlie Browns. April has been doing my hair for years and she never fails to give me an amazing cut and colour. I always walk out feeling ten times better than when I walked in. April knows exactly what is right for my hair and gives spot on advice. Can't wait for my next visit :)
