I had a cut and flying colour highlights today. Amber spent time speaking with me to establish how my hair had been since my last visit and make insightfull suggestions. Very pleased with the result. Made very welcome by all the staff

Had a wash and blow-dry this morning.Louise did a fantastic job and feeling great for an evening out!

Was my first time in ten years and couldn’t be happier.

Bough my god daughter for 1st real hairdresser experience. She said washing hair was good and having apple juice and putter the curler thing to dry my hair. She loved it. Made her feel grown up thanks Holly

I had a half head of bleach highlights done by Amber who did an amazing job, and I had Louise give me a great cut and style. They both listened to what I wanted and I love it! Will be back again.

So, looking forward to 50% off my colour, only to learn that in order to receive it I had to forego my 6 week re-book discount. So my saving was about £4. The stylist kindly adjusted the pricing so that I retained the 6 week re-book discount and received 30% off the colour. A bit better I guess, but nonetheless this is a disappointing and misleading offer. "You can have a great discount, but only if you give up your regular one". If this is aimed at attracting new clients, fine. But what about those who have been loyal clients for many years?

Thrilled with the highlights I had done today by Caroline at Charlie Brown, Banstead. Was so pleased with the cut & tint she did for me last week I decided to go back for more & take advantage of CB’s offer on at the mo & I’m so glad I did!

I've been coming to Charlie Brown's in Banstead since a young age. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when living in Sweden, and since moving further north, I would only ever get my hair done when visiting. Both Chainey (and now Amber) make me both comfortable and welcome. No matter how many changes I fancy. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my wacky hair wants, when I'm bored ofnmy colour or cut.
Would recommend CB in a heart beat.

As always very pleased with everything although my hair wash could have been more thorough. Nice to have the colour discount today as well as normally only applies on Mondays or Tuesdays.

I've been at another salon for 20 years with the same stylist until he left unexpectedly which left me looking for another place and stylist to go to. I had recently booked my daughter in with Holly at Charlie Brown and was really pleased with the service there and the beautiful haircut she gave her so I booked in with her too. Holly is lovely, friendly, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and highly skilled. I totally trust her with my hair! The atmosphere in there is great and everyone seems really friendly, there is a good rapport between staff. I wasn't sure where I was going to go after being at the same place for so long but I'm really happy with my choice and would thoroughly recommend. I have two daughters and all 3 of us go to Holly now!

I have used Charlie Brown for several years (15) firstly at Banstead the n Reigate and back to Banstead. April is fantastic always cheerful and keen to assist in any concerns you have.

Booked on the day. Stylist had lots of time to dicuss what I wanted. Kept checking that she was doing what I wanted and cut it perfect. I wasnt expecting her to cut it so much when it was dry so wasn't sure she was going to get it right for a while but it's perfect

April is an outstanding hairdresser. Her choice of cut and colour are superb. She makes me feel a million dollars after every visit.

I had my hair cut by April. She did a really good bob cut on my fine straight hair. and got exactly what I wanted. Really recommend the salon. The Receptionist was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Just had a cut and blowdry with the lovely Holly...10 out of 10 for listening skills, hence I got exactly what I asked for and more. Blissfuo head massage after shampooing, which left me very chilled out (thank you!) and great styling. I'm a new customer and got loads of haircare tips and ideas, so will def be back! Good job Charlie Browns! X

I had a lovely experience my stylist was very good making sure I enjoyed it and showed me how to style my hair for a straight style and the curled it for another. She asked me at every stage it it was short enough or long enough I'm so happy with my hair and would highly recommend this salon xx

Customer Service was excellent I just called in without an appointment for a fringe cut but felt so at ease with the girls I asked if I could have a wash and blow dry . No problem I was given a coffee and asked how I would like my hair. The experience was so relaxing and I felt a million dollars and my hair was perfect .

Brilliant service even though I was running late. Wonderful staff and April is the best !!

Caroline has saved my hair!!! It was a bleached mess and Charlie Brown was recommended to me by a friend. I was nervous as to whether they would be able to correct my hair, but from the day I went in, Caroline took the time to reassure me and talk me through the stages to correct my colour. This is my fourth visit and what a difference she has made! I love the colour now and feel safe knowing I’m in very good hands.

Caroline did my hair for 1st time today & with Curly hair, sometimes is hard for hairdressers to get it right, very pleased with outcome.

I took my two teens to have their haircut. I only booked at the weekend so understandably the choice of appointments was limited but I found two back to back that worked for us. They were with a senior stylist so a little more expensive than the standard £20 teens cut and blow dry. The stylist was lovely, she chatted through with the girls first to check what they wanted. She gave them both a beautiful cut and superb blow dry leaving them looking and feeling fantastic. The service was great, very attentive and a lovely salon.
