After a terrible experience in another salon over 6mths ago and being a frazzled working mum, Laura was my day of sunshine. She listened and explained her recommendation for colour. Made sure I was completely happy and got to work. Result was a fab colour and style. I left feeling amazing. My restyle is so easy to manage as the cut is perfect. The salon was nicely quiet so got to relax too. Booked my next appoint already.

Caroline took one look at the photo I showed her and interpreted it beautifully with my hair . I was absolutely thrilled with it and felt a million dollars

Lovely blow dry - came out with silky hair - Amber gives you lots of information on new products and is very helpful ! Listens when I say what products work well on my hair and makes suggestions about products that complement what I already use!

Amber was fantastic as always, my 9 year old daughter always enjoys getting her hair cut at Charlie Brown, Amber is so friendly and makes my daughter feel at ease, and she loved her “smooth, shiny hair”!

Holly was lovely and has cut and styled my hair beautifully. I appreciated that she kept checking I was happy with what she was doing as she went along, and she explained why she was doing each thing she did.

I took my 2 daughters for a hair cut. They both felt special and looked after. Staff were attentive and even put up with and humoured my 6 year olds constant chatter and questions. Would definitely come back.

As always my experience at Charlie Brown in Banstead today was very high standard and pleasureable. For many years I only had my hair styled in Mayfair salons but am just as satisfied at CB, with Caroline and all the team.

I have never had so many great comments about my hair before even from the men in the office!

Amber was excellent...never met me before i just had one photo on mobille and explained quickly how i wanted hair to look... was very pleased on result ìt was exactly how i wanted it...will be returning.

So I haven’t been to the hair dressers in years. I had Laura and she was absolutely amazing they did an amazing job making my hair a very light blonde. The olaplex treatment was incredible never has my hair been so smooth and healthy. Thank you so much!

Caroline cut my hair from long to short, giving me for the first time in many years a beautiful cut that has held its shape & easy to mange. I was nervous as i have always had long hair it was a dramatic change but i would never go back to long hair again, hopefully Caroline will be my hairdresser for many years to come She is a very talented Hairdresser

My hair is exactly what I asked for.
Holly explained everything that she was doing and was so polite and welcoming. I have rebooked with her as she was lovely.

Adequate haircut but my stylist was exhausted and had an undercurrent of bad temper simmering away. Couldn’t get away fast enough. Over priced and uncomfortable experience.

Had a lovely hair wash by Lucy - gorgeous head massage - followed by lovely trim and straighten by April - hair feels healthy and silky thanks to good quality products used on my unruly hair!

Thought the staff very helpful and polite. Louise done my hair today. Vert pleased with it.

Very good information provided regarding colour, cut and shape through out my treatment . All my questions were answered. Holy was a very calm and confident hairdresser I will being going back to holly in the future . Thank you I love my hair cut .

I was new to Charlie browns and unfortunately I will not return.
I found the experience very awkward. ***** was very unpleasant and brash. She was rude to the young girl working in there.
She was incredibly critical of what and where I'd had my hair done previously and I will not be returning.

Visited for the 1st time today to get my daughters hair cut. Staff all very friendly & my daughter is happy with her hair.
