Excellent service. Will go back again!!

Lewis spent so much time with me helping choose the shade I wanted. I was made to feel like a special customer. Everyone was so friendly!

I came in and had my hair done which was lovely as always. however the coffee machine has gone wrong again!

I have never had a regular hairdresser but since moving to surrey 1 year ago I haven't been anywhere else for my cut and colour. I have seen a few stylists ranging in abilities and I have never been disappointed. I love the way they do my highlights- so fine, so it grows out discretely!

Lewis was brilliant! Not only was he great at colouring but my cut was perfect too. He definitely knows his stuff and I will be back again soon.

Had a great experience, my color is perfect thanks to a great hairdresser called Shani, after so many bad experiences at other hairdressers I'm happy to finally say I have found my hairdressers. She listened to everything I said and made outdid my expectations ????

Love it here, been coming for years, the staff are friendly and talented. Would never go anywhere else. See April for the best Bob in town!

Just got back from another lovely visit to Charlie Browns. April has been doing my hair for years and she never fails to give me an amazing cut and colour. I always walk out feeling ten times better than when I walked in. April knows exactly what is right for my hair and gives spot on advice. Can't wait for my next visit :)

After not having my hair done in a salon for over 2 years due to my baby sons ill health i finally went on sat the 19th of feb. Louis made me feel welcome and was great company not to mention the fab job he did on my hair. I have re booked and will definately be back! Cant wait. The whole salon had a brilliant atmosphere with welcoming smiles and friendly faces! X

After a run of disappointing haircuts elsewhere, I was desperate to find somewhere that would take the time to ensure I came away with a cut I was happy to show off. Lianna was brilliant at listening to what I was hoping to achieve and then made a really great job of the cut - I am delighted and I will definitely be back!

Excellent service at the Banstead Salon from all staff, especially the brilliant 'flying colours' highlights from Lianna and a great cut from April. My hair looks so shiny and healthy now it's like totally different hair! I popped in for a cut and colour while over on holiday from Vancouver visiting my cousin. I will definitely be back on my next trip.

Lewis dip dyed my daughters hair and mum and daughter could not be happier. He listened to what (we) wanted and then on me dropping off my 13 year old he really looked after her and made her feel very relaxed and grown up. I now have a little hair envy and think maybe I need my hair sorting out now :)

April always bosses me around, she tells me how I should have my hair, we argue, we bicker but most of all we have the best laugh which is why I have been coming back to see her for years now.
Wouldn't have it any other way

Had my hair done today by Lewis, bit nervous when I got there but he put me straight at ease. Discussed what style I was hoping for, very professional took his time. Very chatty which was nice, felt totally relaxed.

Have been searching for a good local hairdresser for many years. Have been going to Charlie Browns for 3 years now. My regular hairdresser recently had a baby and I have been very happy with her replacement. Kind lovely girls, great service and hair products. Very skilled hairdressers. Have tried Toni and Guy and uptown salons. Charlie Browns beats them all

I had pre-booked my last appointment and surprised I had not received a reminder, so I called the salon to check and found my booking was not on the system. Fortunately Amber had a cancellation so they could fit me in but this has never happened to me before when I was with Abi.

Also I had received a message stating I could have £10 discount on my blow dry yet when I mentioned it was told it only applied if u came in specifically for a blow dry. This is not what was on the message.

This is the first time in @ 3 years I have had a problem and would hope future correspondence is clearly stated and my appointment not deleted from the system.

Lewis gave me a really stylish cut and finish. He listened to what I asked for and delivered. I'm very pleased with my cut and with the salon.

My hair was coloured, cut and blow dried by Alan on 12 Dec 2015. It couldn't have been done better. My curly, wayward hair brought under natural looking control as only Alan seems able to do! There is never any need to do anything further with my hair on leaving the salon.

I have the best hairdresser ever! Every time I go in I leave with exactly what I want and would recommend her to anyone! April you are the best!

My only gripe with Charlie Brown is that you have to pay £28 for a blow dry on top of the cost of the colour.

I've been going to Charlie Brown's in Banstead to get my hair cut for years. Every stylist I've had has been amazing. I'm always happy with the cut and they make you feel really comfortable. Jenny is amazing, I can't recommend her enough!

A lovely cut and extremely quick. I would highly recommend Lewis and will book with him next time I'm in.

I've been visiting Amy for 9 years now and my experience is always excellent. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I get my hair coloured every 3 weeks and it's always been perfect.

It's rare to find a hairdresser that just gets what you are looking for. Her advice and expertise is priceless!

The hairdresser was good and listened to what I wanted. He could have taken more care with applying the colour as a lot went into my face. However, he did a good job with the blow dry

Chaynie is wonderful ...lovely way about her and nothing too much trouble. I look forward to seeing her. Hair colour/cut lovely - promote her !!!
