Brilliant service even though I was running late. Wonderful staff and April is the best !!

Caroline has saved my hair!!! It was a bleached mess and Charlie Brown was recommended to me by a friend. I was nervous as to whether they would be able to correct my hair, but from the day I went in, Caroline took the time to reassure me and talk me through the stages to correct my colour. This is my fourth visit and what a difference she has made! I love the colour now and feel safe knowing I’m in very good hands.

Caroline did my hair for 1st time today & with Curly hair, sometimes is hard for hairdressers to get it right, very pleased with outcome.

I took my two teens to have their haircut. I only booked at the weekend so understandably the choice of appointments was limited but I found two back to back that worked for us. They were with a senior stylist so a little more expensive than the standard £20 teens cut and blow dry. The stylist was lovely, she chatted through with the girls first to check what they wanted. She gave them both a beautiful cut and superb blow dry leaving them looking and feeling fantastic. The service was great, very attentive and a lovely salon.

I was so nervous about choosing to go red but this was definitely a stress free transition from start to finish. The consultation was thorough and informative and on the day I felt very relaxed and the stylist listened to my every word and delivered exactly to spec. All in all a totally enjoyable experience and I loved the fact those involved from consultation to finished article were very interested to see the outcome.

I have been coming to the salon for 4 years I think now, and every time I walk in I feel so welcomed and all the staff always talk to me and make me laugh and are all super friendly! My hair dresser April is brilliant and couldn't ask for anyone better to do my hair! Will be coming here for the foreseeable future!

Took me a while to find these guys and I have been with them a few years now. First off, great at hair. Just as important, great people. April does my hair and I couldn’t be happier. Holly just did my daughter’s (6) and she looks fab, loved the hot chocolate too! Other staff have done our hair when our go-tos have not been about and we haven’t been disappointed,. Rare that happens at salons, so worth knowing.

Absolutely amazing - feel so refreshed and my hair feels great. Loved the fresh feeling conditioner... what an odd sensation! Music was a little loud for me but ok. Will come again!

I have been going to this salon regularly since Caroline joined as a senior stylist and had blow-drys, tints, highlights and cuts. I'm really pleased to have found somewhere with a stylist that I can trust and who has the patience to deal with my difficult hair! All the staff are nice and it's a very friendly salon

It was my first visit to the salon. Amber cut my hair she was very friendly and asked me what I wanted she then gave me her ideas and i ended up with a hairstyle that I love. I have booked my next appointment.

Asked for a cut similar to one I had a few years ago. From a fuzzy old photo April produced a superb cut. Very happy.

I've been getting my hair done here for about 10 years! I always have April for my tint, cut & finish. I'm always really pleased with my hair & wouldn't have it done by anyone else. She is also a lovely girl who works very hard!?

As always I am delighted with my colour and cut. I always have Amber, such a lovely lady, utterly professional, knows exactly what I want, always friendly and chatty. I have never been disappointed, without a doubt the best colourist I have ever used!!

I am so happy with the outcome of what was my terribly bleached hair from a previous hairdresser. Caroline really has made my hair so much better and healthier looking choosing the correct colours to give it the more natural look I wanted. Have been visiting this salon for a year or more now and I had an appointment booked today for myself and my young daughter for 9am and 9.30am for my daughter. When I arrived I was told me daughters appointment was at 11am , no apology and that it had always been like that. I really felt she had been moved to make way for an adults cut (which would have made the salon more money). Why would I have booked my daughter in 2 hours after myself?! Everytime I have been with her she has been with one stylist whilst I have been with another but today was different. I had a friend with me visiting from Norway who was shocked at the attitude I received, as was I. Sadly I will not be returning.

My first time at the salon and found it a total rip off at £64 for a trim, the hairdresser was grumpy and moody and the whole experience left me feeling like I had been totally ripped off.

I enjoyed my first visit immensely.
Your staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive.

My hair was so unhealthy, I hadn't looked after it and it hadn't been cut for a good 2 years. She cut my hair and made it a nice healthy length and styled it beautiful! Definitely found my salon!

I always have an excellent experience in this salon. I am always well looked after and the artistic and technical excellence of my stylist - Lewis - is second to none. This is why I keep coming back despite the salon being some way from where I live - Weybridge. Well done all round!
