I am so happy with my new haircut. Had long hair yesterday , today it is short and wavey again . Absolutely love it . So pleased .

Atmosphere of the place was spot on as always, staff are always friendly and cheerful. It’s always clean and a nice temperature in the salon even during this heatwave. I had Elle Louise, from the Bury store, she was really helpful and answered all my questions about your colour services so I finally booked in for my first colour treatment in two months time.
I was disappointed to find during hair wash, that the Olaplex treatment I had booked in for was now the Wellaplex and the salon had changed products. I would have appreciated being told this during the booking not during the appointment.
I asked if this would affect results and was told it was the equivalent but by Wella. Sadly, I can confirm there is definitely a difference, my hair is not as shiny or as deep conditioned as my past two olaplex treatments with yourselves. It is 3 days on and my hair has not remained that ‘salon finish’ the way it did before.
The blow dry was done really well, she even gave me tips and showed me which hair mask to buy, which I purchased.
I was unhappy with the result of the GHD waves and wish I had just kept the blow dry, the hairdresser clearly felt rushed as the next customer was there, so as a result the waves were not shiny & they dropped a couple of hours later.

Lyndsay was fantastic as always. She did hair totally beautiful. I loved all my time at salon from the moment I arrived. ?

I’m not a fan of having my hair cut, but I took a few photos in with me and lyndsay cut it just how I wanted it

Molly was brilliant. I turned up without really knowing what I wanted other than for more summery, lighter hair, and she spent hours patiently filling my head with really natural blonde highlights and balayage for low maintenance regrowth, and chopped off the bottom 2 inches leaving me with super healthy, beautifully blonde hair. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I love my hair, thank you Sam what an amazing and talented lady, left complete choice to Sam as I had no idea what I wanted. Anyone looking to have their hair cut I will be sending them to your salon.

Molly did a great job cutting and blowdrying my bob styled hair today. I also had Olaplex treatment which has made my hair look super sleek and shiny. My husband has already commented on how great .my hair looks - what's not to love! Thanks very much Molly - see you again next time ?

Saturday ‘walk in appointment’ for wash, treatment, blow dry & straighten. Friendly receptionist who kindly booked me in for an appointment within the hour. Stylist was really nice & explained the treatment appropriate for my hair. Felt totally pampered & hair looked & felt great! Shame it was raining ?

I had a very enjoyable morning with Lyndsay taking a great deal of care over my hair . She had suggestions for treatment based on how she was getting to know my hair colour and what suited me best. She made a great job of the colours she used and I was very happy with the result.
I was also impressed with the plentiful tea refills and the comprehensive complimentary soft drink menu

As a new client, I was delighted with my restyle cut and the overall experience. Lyndsay gave great advice, took a lot of care with the cut and asked questions along the way to make sure I was happy.

She was very professional and listened to what I wanted and talked me through how she was going to tidy the mess another hairdresser at another salon had made, I'm extremely happy with what she did and will definitely come back when my hair needs cutting again and if anyone should ask to recommend a good hairdresser I will tell them to make an appointment with Molly, thank you Molly I now have even length hair.

Lyndsay has been my hairdresser for approx 7 years…..she is an amazing sylist and her professionalism, hairdressing skills and attention to detail with her clients is outstanding. When I made the appointment I was concerned because I didn’t recognise any of the stylists. Obviously lost a lot of staff over the last couple of years. I took a chance and made an appointment with Ariana. I hate using a new hairdresser, it can be quite a risk so prefer recommendations, but I shouldn’t have worried. Ariana was lovely, and she cut my hair better than either of my two previous stylists, both of whom have left. She understood exactly what I wanted and that’s what she gave me. I will definitely see her again.
On another note. I love Kerastase products and have placed several orders through the salon website. I really can’t believe the value for money. Anyone who likes these products should check it out. So much cheaper than anywhere else, I mean substantially cheaper!

I received a balayage from Molly today and I absolutely love it! Would definitely recommend, all lovely products and great finish!

It was a very enjoyable experience to have a discussion and review of my styling options as well as a skin test as a new client. Lyndsay was extremely kind, knowledgeable and gave me plenty of options with regard to my appointment in December. She showed genuine interest in what would suit me rather than pushing expensive treatments which had been a recent experience with one hairdresser ! She even trimmed and blow dried my fringe !
In all my decades of having my hair treated etc ( 27 years with the same stylist) I have never been lucky enough to have such amazing treatment. Lyndsay had been recommended to me by a friend and she more than lived up to the description I had been given ! It is always a little worrying trying a new hairdresser but I am really looking forward to my first appointment with Lyndsay !

Everyone here are always friendly and courteous. Lyndsay is always kind, helpful and very complimentary and easy to chat to so I always look forward to having my hair done here as it always seems more like family and she gives such good advice about my hair so many many thanks. A fantastic job with my horrible hair !

Getting my hair done by Sam is like catching up with a best mate every time! She’s so lovely and does a brilliant job on my hair. I would recommend her to everyone. An Irish charm!

As I sat done the stylist said I had ‘ badly damaged colour ‘ although I alway get my hair done in the Ipswich salon and never colour it myself! Then she didn’t understand my notes from my previous visit so asked someone else to talk to me about it. Still didn’t feel completely at ease as didn’t know if my wishes were fully understood. The quality of the finished colour & cut was fine but not sure I will return after so many years going to the the salon.

We saw Laura today.... Totally restyled my 15 year old Son's hair and he absolutely loves it! She gave her honest opinion as he wasn't quite sure what he wanted....It looks great and really suits him. She was really good with my 5 year old, he loves his cut too and couldn't wait to get home and show his Dad. My hair looks amazing, as it always does after my visit. Thanks Laura xx

I came in for my first hair cut since before COVID and my hair was in a bit of a state thanks to a DIY haircut during lockdown. Sam did an excellent job advising me on a style and sorting out my hair. I came out feeling like a new woman. Brilliant service.
