Today Hannah coloured my hair and trimmed my fringe. She did a great job and carefully applied the colour without staining the skin. The amazing products and Hannah’s blow drying skills left me leaving the salon completely satisfied and I can thoroughly recomend. Friendly and clean salon.

Had such a lovely experience today with a young trainee hairdresser. I had a trim all over and wash and blow dry. It was great the girl was so good and did a wonderful cut and blow dry and very affordable as well. Thanks again look forward to next time.

Not pleased with the outcome asked for my hair which was shoulder length to be layered but ended up with sort of bob I said I was going on holiday and wanted to be able to put up but can't

Eva has been applying my colour and styling my hair every 6 weeks for over a year now and I have never been disappointed. The colour is dark and always applied so carefully that I rarely have any staining on the skin. I can rely on Eva for advice on cutting and styling and can thoroughly recommend.
As a regular the staff are always warm friendly and welcoming. Coffee and magazines and sparkling clean.

My appointment with Bee today was as.great as always, today I was going to have half head colour ,Bee was checking the regrowth and said with complete honesty that it hadn't really grown enough for her to do it i was pleasantly surprised with her honestly as always I felt completely happy with her happy with her reasoning as to why I have complet trust in her she is excellent on paying and making appointment for 4 weeks to do the colour on the roots as she said and left feeling amazing with curls today. I can't thank Bee enough she is so plesant it like chatting to a friend.Thank you Bee

Rather disappointed bcos I had some sort of reaction after ten minutes of the colour being applied. The stylist had given me a colour test the Saturday and I asked if I could have a colour which was user friendly in case it didn’t suit me I gathered when she started to apply the colour that all was well. I began to feel a certain tingling around the neck area and around my ears then an irritation so I asked the stylist if she would remove the colour and finish the appointment she said she would & I should be aware that my hair wouldn’t have had enough colour on to cover the grey but if I wasn’t happy she had no option but to wash my hair & she would dry and finish. She did that & then just put the tongs on to complete. She advised me to ring the salon if I had any further concerns. During that evening I had to apply E45 to my neck and ears bcos I was suffering irritation. I also had a slight sore throat so I made sure I drank plenty of water. I vowed I would contact the GP the next day just to get myself checked out. I woke up feeling rather hot & itchy during the night but it passed so applied more cream and drank some water. I didn’t bother to report the symptoms I just applied more cream and drank plenty of water. I won’t be having a colour at this salon again I’ve been going to that salon a long time & before that to The Walk salon I would feel uneasy there in case the same thing happened again and the girls in the salon I could see looked uneasy when I walked out. I wont be returning just leaving never returning x

It’s really good! It was amazing.

Eva has become my regular stylist. Welcoming, Knowledgeable and friendly. My colour is always applied in a very clean and tidy manner and my skin is rarely stained which can be a problem with dark colorant's. Eva can always advise how to style my hair and offer great products when required. The salon is reasonable priced so popping in for a wash and blow dry is never a problem.

I had the best experience at the salon with Vicky. She knew exactly what my plan was for me hair and has started to make it happen. She walked me through everything she was doing and why she was doing it! She was just such a lovely chatty person made me feel really comfortable. Will be coming back to her!

Salon was dirty- hair everywhere didn’t know where to put my bag. Two young girls sat on their phones at the desk. Salon was empty. Booked for cut and finish. I felt the Hairdresser was disinterested. Cut about half an inch of my hair - and I asked for a blow dry with volume using a brush and ended up with a blowdry I could have done better at home- very frizzy and then curls with straighteners. My absolute pet hate about coming to salons for a blow dry is not actually blow drying the hair with brushes. Very disappointing

When I arrived at my hairdressers I was made a lovely cup of coffee and given a lovely hair wash for the many years I’ve been going they have always given me a beautiful haircut . So thank you to everyone all my love Jo xx

Bee is amazing! The best haircut I’ve had in many many many years. She listened to exactly what I wanted - double checked the length etc etc. Blow dry was the first time someone actually did my hair the way I actually wear it! The result was exactly like the photo. Bee is amazing, friendly and exceptional at what she does!

With Salons closing and stylists leaving it’s hard keeping a regular hairdresser these days. Today I found myself with another stylist at John Micheal and was pleasantly surprised.
Eva welcomed me into the salon and discussed my colour and style and did an amazing job. All whilst manning the desk, phone, offering coffee and sweeping the floor, great work ethic and great to see.
I’ve already booked my next appointment and can thoroughly recommend.

Was great service just found it was much harder getting my hair curled as it didn’t look right so then it was quickly blowed dried strait which is a real shame as did want it curly x

My stylist to day was Bea and was excellent I have been going to John Micheal's on and off for many years and always been happy . Yesterday however was the best experience. BEA was so gentle and explained ever thing and really can't praise her enough I had a colour and a trim and it's the best colour I've have had for a long time Bea had listened to what I said I wanted and I went away feeling like a new woman so pleased I was able to have the opportunity to sing Bea praises x

I was in Ipswich visiting family and desperately needed a haircut. I walked in and was taken right away. Such a beautiful, friendly, clean salon . Advised me on a few things and was very helpful. She was great to chat to as well. Everyone back home commented how lovely my hair was.

If anyone has recently had to change salons due to closures honestly myself, I can honestly say I’ve come up trumps!
Kaci and the team are welcoming, accommodating and do a great job. My colour is perfect and Kaci has already worked wonders on my dry hair and styles it exactly how I like it.
The salon is light airy and clean with magazines and an offer of drinks, keep up the good work!
