It was my first visit to the salon and I went with an idea in mind of what I wanted. Lauren discussed what would suit me best in terms of colour and maintenance etc. Very happy with the results and booked back in again.
Lovely salon, really friendly and down to earth staff - definitely recommend.

This was my first professional colour with Lyndsey and a great haircut followed with Gary. Apart from being great fun and very relaxing, I feel transformed!

Samuel cut my hair and he was very good. Got Linsey to oversee when he finished. He put me at ease, going to hairdressers is a bit like going to dentist for me

Excellent service from Lauren as usual, I always ask her advice and she is always honest which I like as there is no point otherwise. Not too keen on the David Bowie Music though, which wasn't Lauren that put it on but that's just my opinion

Everyone was polite & friendly, made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Pam was attentive & very friendly, she listened to what I wanted my hair to look like, showed my pictures, went through them with me, she advised about colour for a future appointment should I want that. She took her time as she cut my hair, blow dried & straightened it. Then showed me show to curl it for an alternative style! I've never had that from any stylist in any salon before & because she took time I will definitely return. I have forgotten the name of the girl who shampooed but she did it really well & I got a head massage which was lovely. She too was very nice. Thank you all!

Hannah is just lovely. She always listens to what I want. She’s intuitive to when to chat away and when I need a wee chill. Her head massages are amazing..

I came in on the off chance that I could get some advice and Pamela was really helpful She washed and blew dry my hair abs gave me some excellent advice.

Reflected while I sat and waited for my colour to prove, just how relaxed I felt. Nice cuppa, good magazines and chilled music. Gary and the team really look after you well, and I’m delighted with my hair too!

I took my 11 year old daughter to get a cut and blow dry and Lauren was fantastic. She put her right at ease and chatted away, showing her lots of different hair styling tips. We will definitely be back.

Lyn always gives good advice in regards to my hair and and anything worth binge watching ! Nearly fell asleep during the shampoo which is a good sign. Enjoyed my visit.

Most professional salon I’ve been to. From giving advice to cut, colour and products. Glad I’ve found my perfect stylist and salon.

I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair before I went to Rachel! I’ve had my hair cut and coloured by Rachel and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’m moving away from Stirling soon but plan on coming back to the salon to get my hair cut and coloured. Everyone in the salon is friendly and welcoming. Very relaxing experience!

I always leave the Salon after my cut and blow dry with Lauren wondering why I don’t go more often. All staff staff are very welcoming on arrival. Lauren is very professional, recognising what my hair needs at the time and doing just that. A little coffee and head massage made all the difference as well.

I have been a returning customer since my very first haircut at Francis and Hunter. It is always such a wonderful experience. I love the positive energy of the salon and I always love my hair afterwards.

Gary has been cutting my dead straight hair into a bob for more than four years now, and it always looks great. Because he is such a good stylist, it can even go "over time" by a few weeks occasionally without letting me down. Used to colour it, but now it is the natural grey. The atmosphere and coffee/tea are always great at the salon, too!

Brought my 6 and 9 year olds in for cuts and they were delighted with the whole experience. Loved their hair washes and hot chocolate and they both had gorgeous cut and styles done by the stylists. Super happy kids and happy mum! Thank you ?

Always a pleasure going to see Gary. He’s a great cutter of hair and beard. All the staff are really friendly. I find it a very enjoyable experience.

From my consultation right through to the finished product Pamela made sure I was looked after and that I understood every step of the process. I came out looking and feeling better than I though we could manage in one sitting!

Lauren’s care and kindness towards me being nervous after a previous hair nightmare and just losing my confidence over the last wee while has truly done miracles! She listened to what I was looking for and explained every step of her process to reassure me. To add even more magic, my hair turned out even better than I could’ve asked for. I was truly blown away and very grateful. I feel like a new person after my experience with her at Frances Hunter.
