From my consultation right through to the finished product Pamela made sure I was looked after and that I understood every step of the process. I came out looking and feeling better than I though we could manage in one sitting!

Lauren’s care and kindness towards me being nervous after a previous hair nightmare and just losing my confidence over the last wee while has truly done miracles! She listened to what I was looking for and explained every step of her process to reassure me. To add even more magic, my hair turned out even better than I could’ve asked for. I was truly blown away and very grateful. I feel like a new person after my experience with her at Frances Hunter.

Excellent advice, a great listener with excellent cutting skills and perception! Caroline went to great lengths to achieve the right style for me.

It was my first restyle in about 40 years and Gary was very reassuring. He was very friendly and talked me through the whole process and I was very happy with the result but not as happy as my wife who thought my new look was fantastic, :)

They are all wonderful … my initial appointment was earlier and they jiggled work I could still get my hair done for my Christmas night out then I was late even and they couldn’t have been nicer … highly recommend and my hair looks amazing Thabk you all so much

Excellent service ! Lauren is very good at listening how I like my hair styled. She cuts a little of the front at a time until I’m happy with how short it is. She is very friendly and chatty and nothing is too much bother for her. Thanks again!

Sarah always enjoys her experience at Frances Hunter. Hannah has been cutting Sarah’s hair for quite sometime now and she does an excellent job you always get a great cut and Sarah loves Hannah doing her hair. She is good with Sarah and Sarah is relaxed and comfortable with Hannah which goes along way for me as mum. Keep up the great work Hannah.?

Samuel Hunter was my hair stylist. He is still learning but was very professional and well mannered. I was very delighted of his work. Overall the salon is nice and relaxing. I am wishing to Samuel a lot of costumers and all the best in his future career.

Salon is decorated tastefully. Mince pies with cuppas and Christmas play list all combined with a nice relaxing hair experience. Came away feeling great!

Gary styled my son’s hair which was my son’s first salon experience. Everyone was so professional, caring and lovely! I don’t think he’ll ever go to a barber shop again! I had colour done and I look twenty years younger. Thank you to everyone for taking such great care of us xx
