My stylist was Samuel , absolutely brilliant job done of my hair , very helpful and explained everything that was getting done on my hair , very relaxing salon , great atmosphere would definitely recommend

Caroline is great! She always gives me a great cut! Remembers everything I've ever told her. Nice cup of coffee too?

Gary, Leslie, Elaine and the entire team make you feel welcome and part of the family from the moment you walk through the door. Always lots of nice personal touches and they all go the extra mile to make you feel looked after and appreciated. Working in retail/customer service myself I appreciate great service and the gang at Frances Hunter are the masters!

Fabulous salon and friendly atmosphere - everyone makes you feel welcome and at ease. The stylists are professional and have excellent advice on hair care and products. Lauren is amazing! I have gorgeous, soft, all-over blonde thanks to her skills. I always walk out feeling like a million dollars and get lots of compliments from people on the colour. Delighted!

Having used to going to a Turkish barbers for years and getting the same haircut as everyone else I must admit I am thoroughly enjoying the experience of going to this salon. The journey of growing my hair long is so much better with the guidance of Lesley and her team. The head massage was also amazing. Please get oat milk for the coffee and you will be perfection lol

Sophie had her hair cut by Rachel today and loved the whole experience from the lovely hot chocolate and biscuit at the start to the final hair result! Sophie can be a bit shy but Rachel was lovely and put her at ease. She’s delighted with her hair.

I had my cut and colour (with balayages) with Rachel. She is excellent, lovely, with significant expertise in colouring. She cut my thick hair as I asked her. She also did my 15 y.o daughter's very long hair. Rachel is a perfectionist! Very recommended.

I went in for a cut and blow dry and left with a lovely new colour and style. Will definitely return. Samuel did a fab job! Thanks so much.

A few changes since my last visit. Miss seeing the staff with their Aprons on. Also the napkin round your neck is plastic now preferred the paper ones.
