Brilliant time today. Very pleased with result

I thought "thank heavens, my hair is clean and presentable again!" as a recent cataract op means I have to wash my hair backwards - not easy at home. Plus it is always a joy to catch up with Becky.

Every time i come i have a first rate friendly service. They all get to know you and make you feel 100% even when you feel not so good. I have been coming for some years and at the time my hair was awful and i was losing hair. I got advice and help and each time i went Becky (manager) could tell when i needed my B12 and only gave me advice to benefit the health of my hair. Both Fran and Evie have turned my awful and dull self coloured mainly hair into a lovely colour that people comment on. I love coming here and they also do a wonderful cup of tea lol

Was greeted by super friendly receptionist and my Appointment began with a splendid cup of coffee and a lovely chat with Brendan regarding the various options from a photo I’d taken along with me. Excellent friendly service. When I arrived i had a chat about the hair colour, the prom dress colour, together we chose from selection of blues. This is my first time having my hair bleached and coloured. I was surprised how blue the result was as I had expected a more greenish-blue (teal). I liked the finishing trim to finge, diffused dryer and heat iron for the curls.

Had a great conversation with Fran who will be shortly transforming my hair for summer. I was instantly put at ease and she understood my ideas and showed me visuals to further my own understanding of the colouring process and preferred outcomes. I am excited for my colour appointment! I always find the saloon a friendly happy warm place to go. I’m always greeted on entry and by the stylist , I normally book Matt, but he was not available so Leah cut my hair today and as usual I’m very happy with the result. Stepped into lovely clean salon. Steven was my stylist, sat down and had a consultation about how I wanted my hair cut and styled. Steven listened to me and cut it just how I wanted. I’m absolutely over the moon with my new hair style 100 per cent will go back. I had a colour patch test and on my next visit I will be having a colour done as well as a cut thank you Steven.

Both are very friendly and professional. The salon feels very relaxed but efficient. I travel from out of area just for the experience. I am never disappointed.
