Wow! Fran has cut Josie’s hair since a baby and as she gets ready for pre-school she’s had a fresh new bob. She looks so grown up and it suits her so much. Josie was nervous to visit the hairdressers but Fran knew exactly what to do to calm Josie’s nerves. I am sorry if you have no biscuits left. Thanks for making my daughter feel pampered and special.

I felt pampered throughout my time spent in the salon today. All staff were friendly and professional. I had had had a consultation with Fran previously, so we just went over it first before she started colouring my hair. I was offered a hot chocolate drink, which I wasn't expecting, along with marshmallows and a biscuit. I felt valued as a customer, and pampered with the treatment I received.
