I know what to expect when I visit the salon and Fran in particular, she never disappoints!

I've had another fab cut and blow-dry today by the lovely Becky W. Advice was given about my hair which was very much appreciated. Becky also talked to me about future colour options. Such a great service so thank you ?

So happy with my hair, was nervous to have my haircut somewhere new after bad experiences previously however Emily did exactly what I asked for. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, lovely atmosphere in the salon. Would definitely recommend.

It's always a pleasure to visit the salon. All the hair technicians are knowledgeable in their craft. There is always a welcome with the offer of a drink on arrival.

Visited for a curly hair consultation and trim with Fran and it was so helpful. She took the time to explain my curl type to me and go through products and techniques and showed options for how to style it for my wedding. She was really friendly and went out of her way to make sure I knew how to style my hair for my wedding. Thank you!!

This is the first time I have truly left a salon delighted with my hair! I now go in for a colour and cut (having previously used home stylists and colourists) and had perhaps been guilty of thinking such an expensive looking salon would be too expensive for me but I took the plunge and after trying a couple of different stylists I was then lucky enough to find Fran. She is predominantly a professional colourist and boy does she know her colours BUT she has listened to me and has sussed out my personal foibles and I absolutely adore what she achieves with my hair in both cut and colour. I now realise that I will gladly give something else up before I’d stop using this salon as you clearly get what you pay for! Quality and professional service

First time I had my haircut on this branch and I am very pleased. Lovely staff from the reception to my stylist. Matt has been so good and very pleasant. He made me feel relaxed and at ease. I am happy with the service and my new haircut.

I have been coming to the salon for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole team are so welcoming, It is like meeting up with friends. Matt always cuts my hair just as I like it and we always have a good chat.

Claire is absolutely brilliant with our son Arthur, who is on the autistic pathway. She is so gentle, kind and patient with him and just brilliant at cutting his hair. Arthur is so comfortable with her and that’s because Claire has taken the time to be really supportive - we are so grateful. Thank you Claire and thank you also to the lovely team.
