First appointment at the salon with Fern. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Fern is professional & friendly & explained everything she was doing throughout. I'm so pleased with my new colour & cut & look forward to returning in the near future.

Unfortunately this is my third consecutive visit where I have left the salon feeling very disappointed. I am pleased with the colour this time and cut. I wasn’t pleased with the colour in November hence why I rebooked again a few weeks later, this has left me feeling quite upset about paying a considerable amount twice in a short period especially during the current cost of living. I appreciate I’m not always able to have the colour I want due to a sensitive scalp but for the amount I pay I still expect the results to reflect the amount paid. Since growing my hair in lockdown and having some length, sadly again the last few visits I have been left very dissatisfied with the finished result, on leaving the salon each visit my hair has still been wet, damp or a fluffy ‘frumpy’ mess feeling and looking worse than when I arrived. Each time I’ve left the salon I’ve put my hood up until arriving home incase anyway I know sees me, on arriving home having to then restyle my hair knowing I paid for this service. I haven’t had that feeling great about my hair and look for the last few visits, wanting to go out because I feel amazing with my new ‘hair do’. I am left feeling frustrated and sad that I have paid a considerable amount and not received the desired results. I have been with this salon for many years and always enjoyed my visits, the stylists have always been very helpful and friendly, I have just been left recently feeling I certainly haven’t received what I paid for. I feel my only option is to ask next time not to blow dry my hair but I feel this should always be the best part of the salon experience.

Another great salon experience from Liv. So pleased with my hair and the lift she’s achieved to the level I wanted. She was very attentive and always checking if i was happy with everything. Liv also gave me advice for curling my hair at home which is greatly appreciated.

Relaxed yet professional, just what’s needed. Holidays, Emmerdale (!?!) even the dawning of grey hair…Fern multitasks styling, cuts and conversation apparently effortlessly :-)

Love my new hair colour, I have been the same colour for years and have gone blonder. A change but still looks natural, I wasn’t sure what I quite wanted but Sophie got it spot on. Friendly atmosphere too
