I hope i got the right stylist as i cant exactly remember her name(mum brain) but she was absolutely amazing, i bought my 3 month old and she was so lovely to him, helped me take him up in the pushchair to wash my hair and just spoke to him to calm him, good conversations and just a lovely woman.

As always very professional and very happy with my hair.

I was struggling to decide what colour to have and fern and Sophie were able to talk me through what would look nice and what colours to try. I’m very happy with the dark colour and the copper to it.

Very pleased after my first visit my hair looks amazing. She made me feel very comfortable

Can’t fault the stylist, however, not a good first impression to just be left standing there being ignored by 3 stylists working away. A brush up on front of house greetings policy needed. If I had just been coming in to book I would have walked out again after 5 mins of being ignored.

Called in needing a dry cut and luckily Fern was available, she listened to what I wanted and did a lovely cut.She was very pleasant and chatty, I would recommend Fern and not hesitate to return if I needed to. There was a young girl cleaning and she was very pleasant, my only criticism is that I found the lighting not bright enough, maybe the girls are used to it though.

You come out of the salon feeling you have been looked after. Style and colour are what you wanted, because after discussion Beckie adds her flair and expertise.

Sophie was great today.. she gave me a gorgeous cut and I’m very pleased with it!

Wanted a new colour for Autumn, Soph talked it through with me , listened to me and I got the colour I wanted .

I really trust Harriet to look after my hair and she was really helpful, talking about colours. I feel more confident now I have spoken to her about it.

As always, Harriet makes me the best I can be but on this visit she went over and above the call of duty to get me sorted for my daughters wedding. Thank you so much Harriet,.

To be totally honest, I arrived on time, not acknowledged at all for 10 mins, at reception had hair washed, then neglected again, happy with cut, but not experince

The whole team was welcoming and cheerful. Olivia is always honest with her advise and actually listens to what you have to say.

Beckie is always welcoming to all clients that come in and does a great cut. Today was just a cut and blow dry but very happy with the result. She is also very knowledgeable about colour and has advised for future appointments after I’d asked about colouring.
