Excellent care from start to finish, I had a lovely relaxing visit. My hair felt fantastic afterwards. And Sophie answered all my aftercare questions.

Having gone to the same hairdresser for 27 years, I was extremely apprehensive about changing!
But, from the very 1st appointment with Liv, I felt completely at ease, she talks me through each and every stage of my cut, colour, and tape extension fitting and always gives me invaluable service and advice.
The whole experience is fantastic, something I really look forward to and I always walk out loving my hair, Olivia is just the best, thank you!

First time to the salon at Tutbury yesterday and I would like to say thank you to the staff and especially Sophie who did my hair, she was brilliant, she listened to what I wanted and talked me through what she would do, which was great! I love the end result and am booked in again! Thank you Sophie!

Fern is a genius. She really listens to what I would like and then makes suggestions. My hair looks amazing and I’m so happy with it. The salon was freezing and she even brought me a hot water bottle.

Looking forward to my visit but left upset and disappointed. After speaking with ****** and explaining that I didn’t want to lose much length off the back and sides and showing a picture of what I wanted & I know that pictures can’t be done exactly. Far too much was cut off the back and sides so much so I wished I hadn’t had it cut and being a young adult wasn’t confident enough to say at the time until I left with my mum.

Friendly and helpful. 14 year old had long ends cut and lovely layers cut in to give subtle movement. Very happy with results and lots of advice given to keep it healthy between salon visits. We’ll be back again.

Warm welcome, fantastic experience and swapped between different stylists throughout my appointment which was fantastic meant I wasn’t waiting around.

My hair is exactly what I wanted and this was my first visit. Very knowledgable team who were able to assist and advise me to help me decide the finished result.

It has taken me a few salons to find one I'm happy with since moving to Burton. But now I won't go anywhere else. Although I have my regular hairdresser, when she's been unavailable I've been really pleased with others who have cut my hair. The place is so friendly and welcoming. Somehow they always remember my name. Olivia remembers exactly what cut she did last time, and even the thickness of my hair, which she has helped to improve. Honest advice, which I really appreciate. I would recommend kh Tutbury to everyone.

Darcey is 3 years old and this was her first trip to a salon to have her haircut. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Darcey was treated like a little VIP. She loved the pampering. Fern was very friendly and patient with Darcey. We were both offered drinks, an iPad for her to watch her chosen video whilst she had her hair trimmed, a hot water bottle (which was such a lovely touch on a cold morning) and Haribo sweets for afterwards. To complete the experience Fern offered to plait Darcey’s hair which was so lovely as she’s never had plaits before. We have rebooked and can’t wait to return. Thank you.
