Very happy with hair as usual - lovely colour. Suggestions/advice re: style & appropriate hair products discussed & recommended as appropriate. Daisy apprentice also did an excellent job & particularly with head massage & customer service with all staff is brilliant.

To be totally honest, I arrived on time, not acknowledged at all for 10 mins, at reception had hair washed, then neglected again, happy with cut, but not experince

The whole team was welcoming and cheerful. Olivia is always honest with her advise and actually listens to what you have to say.

Beckie is always welcoming to all clients that come in and does a great cut. Today was just a cut and blow dry but very happy with the result. She is also very knowledgeable about colour and has advised for future appointments after I’d asked about colouring.

Having decided it was time to cut off my long hair to a shorter bob style. A big decision but Olivia was great, spending a lot of time getting the length right for me. I always try to go to the same stylist and always enjoy seeing Olivia. A great experience.

I have recently starting seeing Fern for my hair (I've seen her twice so far) I had done a DIY dye job not long before I saw her that was radioactive orange and I had my sister's wedding not far off and I was nervous because I'd not seen her before. She was so pleasant and professional I was put at ease right away and she did a beautiful job of my hair, it looks fab in the wedding pictures! I also went to see her for a trim today and due to a crash I was half an hour late and she kindly still cut my hair for me! Absolutely brilliant hairdresser! My sister loves her too!

Beckie always listens to how you want your hair styling or colouring. Does both to a high standard.
