I haven't been to a salon in 25 years. I was very anxious today to put my trust in a stranger.
Going into the salon, I was welcomed warmly by Helen (I think, sory if thats wrong) Jo was lovely and bubbly, and very patient when I started crying (like I said, I was anxious!). But she put me at ease, listened to my concerns and what I want from my hair cut, she didn't push me out of my comfort zone by suggesting anything other than what I wanted - babysteps for me, this is a new journey! She was just chatty enough throughout. End result is absolutely amazing. I am so very happy and grateful. I look forward to many more visits with Jo :-)

First time I've had my hair cut and styled by Grace, she was really friendly, I felt at ease and she listened to my thoughts and needs. I shall be coming to have my hair cut by grace again, I was very impressed. 10/10 can't fault anything. Thank you again

Every visit to the salon is first class. There is a friendly relaxing atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome. I never feel 'rushed' and Kath takes the time to listen to what I want and then offers her advice and guidance to achieve the 'look' I am after.
I never leave disappointed.

I always enjoy getting my hair cut at Francesco's on bridle road. It's a great location, very clean and everyone in there creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Leanne does a fantastic job with my hair too and I really enjoy chatting to her.

Leanne looks & listens has a good eye for style to suit client, I've been to many Hairdressers in and around London.
She is rated as high on my list of the best for styling and cutting fine hair with consistency for getting it right every time I visit.

Wow! 39 years on the planet and I have never ever been able to enjoy my hair cut and finish. Until today. Katherine is amazing and has made me feel amazing. Not going to anyone else ever again!

The whole experience at Bridle Road is incredible: from being greeted by the amazing Sheena, to having my hair done to the highest of standards by Kenzie. All the staff are so friendly and you just feel so relaxed when you’re there! I look forward to my hair appointments so much - thank you!

The salon has a lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere. All the staff are very welcoming. I am always delighted with Leanne’s cut and styling of my hair. I have naturally curly hair that can have a mind of its own! Leanne’s cut is excellent so the style holds its shape until the next visit. Thank you Leanne.

As usual everyone so efficient and friendly. Kenzie who makes me look human again is brilliant and Sheena always with a smile on her face is willing to help answer all my questions and requests. Such a lovely atmosphere.

Every woman knows what it’s like to be on destress let down by your current hair stylist and in desperate need of the roots doing.

When I called the manager was just amazing she calmed me right down and get me a skin test that day appointment the following Saturday

Kennedy was just fab and sorted me right out, I rebooked on my way out but needing and last afternoon appointment Jade was booked in

I rocked up a little bit done and frustrated with my style - she listed oh she listened and 3 hours later I walked about exact colour and a very short and funky bob (from just past shoulder length hair) I love it I love that when I have jade artistic licence she must have read my mind

I even got a complimentary blow dry just so she can check the cut after two weeks as she hadn’t cut it before and it was such a change she wants to make sure I’m ok

I can not rate this salon and its entire staff highly enough !!!
