Always nicely greeted , asks how I am, discuss how I want my hair, products, had my hair restyled recently, very pleased with cut. Makes you feel at ease and good conversationalist, professional.

I was running late, contacted the salon and they were very accommodating. Finley gave me a great cut, just to my liking as always.
