Absolutely amazing 1st class service. I walked in with drab blonde hair and left with the most amazing rose gold metallic hair colour. Smart bond products are amazing and the colour products are 1st class. Tom coloured my hair and Sophie styled it I can't thank them enough they have really worked a miracle. Tom is an amazing hair colourist. Always giving attention to detail, honest in his suggestions and understands my concerns for change and always suggests subtle changes that make impact. The new salon is light and airy and feels spacious. I especially liked the partitions separating the sinks. I have been going to this salon for years and the staff are always helpful and friendly. No plans to go anywhere else.

Went in today to have some highlights touched up and was extremely happy. Gabriel knew exactly what he was doing and would explain step by step what was happening so I had a good understanding of what result we would achieve before I ever saw it. After listening to what I liked and wanted they were able to adjust my preferences on the system so that next time who ever does my hair knows exactly what we discussed such as not using toner, and that way I can get the best result possible.
I walked out very happy and love the colour. Thank you!!

I am very happy with the service I've received with Toni&Guy, they are always very welcoming and Charlie listens to what I want and actually delivers excellent results with my hair. I always leave happy with the results and feeling like I've had a massive confidence boost. Charlie has also given great insight into the dying of hair for me, so I feel not only happy with the results, but also informed.

I must admit I was quite nervous as I opted for a drastic change in colour... I was very quickly put at ease, talked through the whole process, all the team were more than amazing!!! Had my hair cutl for a wedding yesterday told her i wanted it to last all day.She seemed to lose interest half way through blow drying my hair. When she was curling my hair she seemeed to rush it when i looked in the mmirror it wasnt verry curly at all and by the time id got out the door it had dropped out and she hadnt curled the back at all.i felt really disappointed as ii hoped to have looked better for the wedding .

Worth every penny. Just the pick-me-up that I needed. Livelt coffee whilst i waited. Foot stool and throw on my legs whilst spwnding 20 mins having my hair washed,conditioned and a head massage.i had a consultation with my stylist who cut my hair just how i asked. The staff were all very welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxing and friendly. I had a lovely time and came out feeling happy and content.
