I've taken my step daughter kirsty to Toni and guy in newcastle today, she's had the ombre look and it's absolutely lovely, she loves it, fantastic service and we were made to feel very welcome, very friendly and great atmosphere, lovely clean and tidy shop very festive for Christmas too, will definitely be taking Kirsty here again in the future. The hair cut was lovely and my hair feels so much thicker and healthier. I love the colour, the purple and pinks go lovely together and I'm so happy with it all. The staff were lovely as well and really made me feel welcome!

I have been coming to toni and guy to have my hair coloured since march 2016 and its safe to say that i would never go anywhere else. Tom is a fantastic colourist who knows his job, clients and craft well. He knows exactly what i like. To noone else would i say "do what you want". My confidence in him is through the roof and i always come away smiling and not just from the excellent condition my hair is in but from the genuine warmth from all the staff who make you feel at ease and extremely welcome. Toni and Guy go above and beyond for their customers. Definetly worth a visit

Had the best experience today in your salon. This is only the second time I have been here to have my hair done, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all lovely and the new salon looks amazing - especially love the blankets and foot stools when getting your hair washed! I would especially like to thank Ross who is a credit to the team and always does such an amazing job of my hair. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Alice who helped out, she is lovely! I always feel amazing after leaving here so thanks very much guys! :)

I went in for a very basic trim and thought the sign said £36
Upon an under one hour service I was charged £51
They didn't mention a thing about my price possibly being more and should tell the client when they are about to cut what the actual bill will be
I’m sorry for any confusion our prices are based on Stylist level, with prices starting from £36 depending on the level of Stylist you book in with. All levels are clearly displayed on our price lists and apologise for any miss understanding
Absolutely in love with the Balayage I had done today at the salon, Tom is incredible at working his magic to create a perfected colour every time and the styling and it was finish off beautiful with bouncy curls by Gabriel! Never disappointed when I visit Toni&Guy Newcastle
