As usual the staff at Tony and Guy went the extra mile - endless hot chocolate, a blanket at the wasbowl and a genuine interest in me. It's not just my own stylist or colour artist who provide a service when I'm there but the WHOLE team. A great place to visit.

Hair Style not quite as I wanted however cut was done very well from long hair to short. Although I am an elderly woman I am a young spirit and like my appearance to portray that. I shall visit again and would like to try a new hairdresser each time. The surroundings and service were marvellous but too soon to decide what I think of Tony and Guy on the whole.

I’ve been to Toni & Guy today for the first time. It’s always difficult moving hairdressers but the team made me feel at home and Sophie listened to what I wanted and I came away really happy and have booked for a colour next time.

I visited Toni and Guy today for a very long overdue cut. I walked in with lank, overgrown, miserable hair and an hour later walked out with a great new cut feeling about a decade younger. The stylist was attentive and friendly, listened carefully to what I said and then cut and styled my hair exactly as I asked. The price was fair too. Thank you very much!

Today I Visited Newcastle under Lyme Salon. I arrived in terrible weather looking like the cat had been dragged in. After a warm welcone and a cup of coffee bright colour was the order of the day. Foĺlowing my colour and tint once again Steve worked his magic giving my overgrown hair a style that will be easy for me to manage. I didn't mind the rain on the way out. After moving to the area, trying many different salons, it was hard to find one I could trust or be satisfied with! Then I discovered the team at Toni & Guy!! Tom is a wizard with colour and Stephen is incredible at styling! Not to mention the team are lovely every time you visit from front desk to hair wash. The new premises are great and I would highly recommend to anyone. It began with dream wedding hair for me, now I wouldn't go anywhere else!

It was my first time going to Toni&Guy I was nervous at first but everyone made me feel so welcome the atmosphere is great I had Tom doing my hair he was so sweet and did the best job I’m in love with my hair so much definitely going to keep coming back

The colourist only left my foils in for 15/20 minutes tbh not happy two big blond blotches at the side of my head up near the parting and only left the toner in for 5 minutes really bad offered me an appointment to come back for a free toner I said nooo thanks not worth the £103 either
I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment, Whilst we appreciate your concerns with time, development of colour is never set and all depends on hair density and texture. As with the consultation it was advised that to reach your desired colour it would take more than one visit due to previous hair colour.
