This is a lovely salon to visit. Like so many women I have always found visiting a hairdressing salon quite a stressful experience.
At Francescoes in Newcastle under Lyme it is always a good positive experience. The girls are friendly without sounding too familiar.
Natalie is a really professional hairstylist who will always give her opinion if asked. She is realistic about what can be achieved and this is always appreciated.
Plus the coffee is good!

Tiegan is the absolute best hairdresser of all time.. always listens to what you want and talks you through every step to make sure your happy and always amazes me how amazing my hair colour and cut looks. All the staff are so friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable.

I have been coming here now for 10 years, every visit you feel so special because they take their time. The head massage is just unreal. It’s not a hairdressing appointment, it’s a head spa appointment.

Jacqui and Tiegan consistently provide an excellence service, they go out of their way for my daughters and also make detailed notes on your thoughts and feedback from the last cut to reach as close to perfection as possible

Love visiting the salon the girls are always so lovely and welcoming can’t recommend them enough. Head massage is an added bonus but always over far to quickly (ha ha)
